Ok, so I think I want to switch up my routine a little bit based on other member's experiences and my own. I have been doing 45min of GBs everyday for a bit under 3 months and think I might actually be able to gain more from resting every other day. I think this will be difficult for me, because I have become so accustomed to working on it everyday, but I want to give it a shot and see if it makes a difference. Both Drd13 and chiliwhacker experienced in their own routines that it was better to give girth a rest day between workouts. Also, after my rest day on Oct. 2nd and my workout on Oct 3., I noticed that my expansion was better and it stayed around longer. In other words, when I train everyday, my expansion does not last as long after the workout as when I train after a rest day. So, I think I want to be working out every other day and up the intensity of my routine a bit. Specifically, I will go up to four sets, cock ring, and then jelq later. So, it will look like this:
