Ok, so I think I want to switch up my routine a little bit based on other member's experiences and my own. I have been doing 45min of GBs everyday for a bit under 3 months and think I might actually be able to gain more from resting every other day. The new routine has been working out really well. Trying my best with each workout. I'm also really trying to focus on my sex life at the moment. Sorry to hear that but I am happy you are taking the reigns and doing something about it. I am very happy to report that I have not had a panic attack since my last post. That being said, my EQ is pretty solid when I am aroused and I've never had issues there, so I'm thinking maybe my grip strength just isn't strong enough. Maybe we should go back to the Phase 1 routine and reassess your future routines. When I am having difficulties gaining I toss everything out and start again with the basics. I think that the penis may become used to the intensity and needs a break...going back to basics for a couple weeks usually gets me right.
 
I am still at it - no worries. Currently, I do a 30 min girth routine consisting of jelqing/SSJ everyday with a day off now and again.
