I squezze out all blood from my head/glans and wrap it off with theraband so no blood can enter at all. Then I clamp at the base and I acheive insane expansion.
I get 0,4 inch more girth expansion then without that wrap.

Didnt find a similar thread about that. But I suspect someone did it already with a fancy name lol.

I do it for normal 10 minute clamp set and it doesnt hurt the head at all after removing. Using a cloth or the soft [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] foam does help with uncomfort.

I think the head isnt a limiting factor at all and there isnt much need to expand it through exercise.

By removing the head from the glans, if wrapped, the blood will remain in the shaft but away from the glans. This will bring a great deal more blood into the shaft. It is kind of how Slow Squash Jelqs squash the blood out of the top of the penis towards the base while the other hand clamps down on the base and squashes upward. Very powerful use of blood flow.

I think thats the intensity to truly gain. I gained all the time but only slowly. I can feel how this pushed the limits.
 
Tried it yesterday and all went well.. Great expansion in the shaft. I'm happy about that. I don't really care for a large head.

I think its rather hard to enlarge the head anyway. I feel its always ahead of the shaft anyway. The head is too spongy.
But its easy to train the head with these too as you just release the head wrap while still clamped which fills the head immediately rushing blood in.

I would say a newbie could easily blow his dick off with this advanced exercise lol.
I used it too often after discovering it. So I would say with 1* 5 minute set of these, beeing used to Penis Enlargement, might be enough for the first day. I probably did a net hour.

Much of the blood that you clamp off with a normal clamp is escaping into the head. This blood is now all trapped in the penile shaft. Its comparable to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], erect jelqs/stretches intensity wise.
Its the most intensive clamp exercise I came around till now.

Manual squezzes might work too but a wrapped head is totally trapping off any blood and you get no fatigue in the hands.
 
I must agree these add a good amount of thickness to the shaft which is really I want to focus my girth expansion. I don't want my head to get any bigger. It's fine now proportion wise but I'd much rather have a giant shaft with a smaller head.
 
Could u post a picture? I have been seeing huge head and base gains but mid shaft is evolving slowly I would like to get a better understanding of this exercise. Pictures please!
 
Awesome thread. With the theraband, how do you wrap it and keep the wrap secured as if you were squeezing the head with your hand keeping the blood out? I could never figure this out, could you share your exact wrapping technique? I have lots of theraband but never got it working, i wanted to do the same thing with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but could never get it the wrap secure enough thats why i stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] my head was getting all the attention and thats the complete opposite of what I need. I just want a bigger shaft lol. If you could share your wrapping method it would be greatly appreciated :)

I might make a video but try it this way:

Start flaccid(forgot to add that in OP..its kind of important for better comfort).
Grip your flaccid head in a way that there is no blood in the glans. A motion from top to the ridge od the head is prefered.
Hold the glans off of blood as much as you can. (The head is a spongelike structure)
Then you take a strip of theraband(the softer ones. I use blue from the original line).
Wrap the thraband strip from top of your glans tightly(you have to experiemnt with individual strength) until the whole head is covered.
(You can add something thin like cosmetic wool between skin and theraband for added comfort).

Basicly you want to make it as tight as possible so no blood can enter the head even if you put pressure from below.

Then get erect or add a clamp. You can even use this technique in the pumps.

I do this occasionaly and after a pause not at all. It can blow into a very advanced exercise if you up the pressure.

Reason is that the glans is holding most of the blood if you clamp. If this option is not there anymore the blood stays in the shaft which would have been in the glans.

I name them DickerSchwanz shaft blasters
