Dude, you'd be absolutely-fukkin'-amazed at just what, how much and how well just about anything can and is counterfeited in today's world. It's not just garage quality knock-offs anymore, it's a whole damn industry, with some large corporate backing sometimes.
 
Ordered on the 15th (from BathmateUSA), it took 4-5 days for them to ship out & the $11 shipping is UPS ground, so I won't get it until the middle of NEXT week...pretty slow when you're anxious to get started.

I'd recommend faster shipping when you place your order.
 
I haven't gotten one (yet), but to my understanding (and I could be wrong), the real Bathmates come in a box, while the real looking knock offs come in a plastic packaging.

Not sure if anyone has tried to call the 800 number, but there is never a response. They put you on hold for less than 2 minutes and then a recording comes on and tells you to call back. I have called numerous times on different days and still nothing.

If anyone in the states has ordered it from BathmateUSA, the link on the first page of this post and you have received it, could you please let me know.

I am having it sent to a P.O. Box and I want to be sure its shipped in a plain box with a discreet name. I also need to know if its shipped usps. Seems like they are not very good at responding to their customers. Are they the only distributor in the states?

I want to order it from BathmateUSA so DLD gets credit for it, but I'm not to happy with the legitamacy of this company.

So if someone has one, ordered from the link, let me know how it came, it would be even sweeter if someone had one sent to a PO Box, I want to know if their going to make me sign for it.
