Agust do you do exchanges for damaged Bathmates? My [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] came off, and no matter what I do I can't seem to enjoy my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as much as previously.
 
We now send out, according to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Ultramax[/words] demands, replacement kits to fix the problem of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] comfort ring. Amazing! I would love a replacement kit, what kind of information do I need to provide to attain one of these?

I have both [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] versions, but only have an issue with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words].

Give it some time, they are getting up to speed. At this point the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] will fall under replacement if it is still under warranty. I am hoping they create a kit for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] soon.

I am sure it will be available very soon. I believe the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is made at a different factory than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] so the process may be different. It is a big step in the right direction, us bigger guys may need to wait a bit longer but it will happen.

That's ok I don't mind waiting. I'll keep buying the ghetto universal sleeves until a repair kit is released. I am a big fan of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], and if I had to purchase a new one, it'd be well worth it to me.

How do I go about tracking my shipment? My card was charged and additional fee (about $3) for no reason at all, and still waiting for the package to arrive...
 
Ordered my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] on 7/16/11 just recieved a email w/ tracking # & is scheduled to be delivered to the U.S. by 8/1/11 =)
