At the moment, I only have a PC Workout Routine.

I still need one for Penis Enlargement. Firstly, I have a question. How do you increase in length? How do you increase in girth? Well, actually that was two questions...heh heh

I'm planning on doing this everyday or, at least, every other day.

PC Workout Routine

PC Squeeze - Hold for 10sec. 10x with 5sec break in between.

PC Squeeze - 3x as fast as possible for 20sec.

PC Squeeze - 500x

PC Squeeze - Tighten and Release squeeze alternating in long and short intervals. 70 squeezes, 80 squeezes, 90 squeezes

PC Squeeze - Hold for as long as possible. At least 2 minutes.

PC Squeeze - 500x

PC Health is always a good thing but in order to become thicker and longer you will need to do a Penis Enlargement workout. I checked out DLD's Newbie Rountine. I have a few questions. Why do I need all these lubricants and heating pads? Can't I just start stretching and jelqing without anything else?

Part of the reason why I think I have a more than average sized penis is because of the way I pee. I used to think everyone peed like this. But they don't.

This is what I have always done. After I finish getting rid of the urine, I jelq the rest of the urine out and wipe it with TP. Most guys just wank it or something like that. But, that doesn't get rid of all the urine. You'll wet your underwear like that. There is still urine in your urethra! That is why I never pee in stalls. I make sure that I clean out my tube completely, by jelqing it out. I've been doing to FOREVER and now I have a 7 and about 3/4 inch penis. I used to think it was genetics. Well, it may be a combination of both.

Yes correct.

You need to warm up with a heating pad or you can hurt yourself.

I would do stretches with some baby powder for better grip.

You can jelq with or without out lube this is called dry jelqing and wet jelqing i do wet jelqing.

How can I hurt myself without warming up with a heating pad? What does the heating pad do?

If I just get myself around 80% erection and then do dry stretching and dry jelqing, would I be safe?

your supposed to stretch dry but baby powder will help when your hands start to sweat like weight lifting chalk.

the heating pad will help to relaxe the penis athletics warm up before they run right so must you.

You grab a towel run it under hot water ring it dry some then place it on your penis for a minute or 2 do it about 10 times your sweet to stretch :)

No don't stretch when erect allways warm up before you do stretches you must be flaccid to stretch.

It is ok to jelq when erect but i would do it flaccid for a couple of months untill your penis is use to the pressure.

Before I start doing Penis Enlargement, I have a few questions.

I want to be an "average" 8 incher...heh heh I don't want to be so BIG that I won't be able to fit and/or hurt her so much that sex would rarely happen. I am about 1/4 (or less) away from that 8 inches. What happens if I start doing Penis Enlargement and I over reach my goal. How would you DECREASE your size? I'm feeling a little weaker today and I was thinking about doing my exercises. However, I think it's a REST that I need and not a WORKOUT! My muscles need to recover. Thus, I will do the exercises tommorrow, and I'll try to change the routine a little bit. Eventually, making it the BEST PC WORKOUT EVER!

ya, i've always squeezed mine dry too. i got a leaky valve and there's always some left in there. maybe this is why i have 6" girth. but i don't wear underwear.

I've noticed that there is a pattern in the muscle. If you do such an intense workout like this, and you completely tear all the muscle fibers, then your muscle will become weaker. It stays weak for a few days (during recovery). After those few days, it slowly starts to regain its strength (still recovering). Once it is completely done recovering and gains its complete strength, it is even stronger then before the workout.

The rest period depends on the intensity of your workout. An easy workout can easily be done everyday. However, with my workout, I need AT LEAST a week of rest.

This is my 12th day of recovery.

I'm getting fuller and stronger erections. It is also more difficult to reach ejaculation point. However, I don't feel like my PC muscle is ROCK HARD, yet. Thus, I'll probably take a 14 day recovery period.
