Log - 6th Jan 2020 : NZ Time
Morning
9:30am : Bundled Stretches, light Basic Stretching, Rotaries: 25 Cranks
No other work was done as I had to run errands for the day.
2:30pm : Picked up my MoS order, Spent the afternoon figuring out how to get the
Stealth Stretcher + SiliSleevs to work, It was a success.
PM Length Work (i'm not over doing it today since it's my first day back on a stretcher so it's just some light work)
Bundle Stretches: 6mins (60 seconds: 3 x left, 3 x right)
Stealth Stretcher: 6:30pm till 7:48pm; with it stretched out to a max of 8.6" (bone pressed measure) This stretch ranged from from 8.3" to 8.6" max stretch. Over the course of this little session I increased the
Stealth Stretch as I would normally do, Then eased it off for the last 10 minutes .
Post Stretching: 5 Min massage to restore blood flow
For the rest of the night: Wearing
SiliSleev5, should I wear the SiliSleev5cap or the open
SiliSleev5 for post healing?
Question: Can I use the
SiliSleev5 while sleeping? and also can they be used while in a
Bathmate HydroMax to alleviate some of the water retention?
Overall I am super happy with my new
Stealth Stretcher, It came with so many different ways to wear it! I tried them all... well almost.
I love it! It's SO much more comfortable than the standard
SG/JES setup I had. If only I had this a year ago... ahwell, to the future!
The
SiliSleev5 are an amazing tool to have too, those alone would be an amazing addition to anyone's routine. The grip you can get is insane, they're a little tricky to figure out at first but I found rolling them up to be the easiest method to put them on almost as you would with a condom.
Anyway, that's me for the day.
