In the beginning we do not need to do the entire SRT routine but I do suggest that you take healing and gaining cues from it. So in the beginning I always tell people to start with the newbie routine that has the weeks progress work into the SRT routine.

Sorry I should have mentioned to take that reply with a grain of salt. I meant that I will be making a routine based off of the SRT exercises, including Newbie stretches for the first few weeks.

Again. If you can help me create one based off my equipment list, that would be greatly appreciated.

Tools I'll have available:
  • Freehand Stretching
  • HydroMax X40 Xtreme
  • Stealth Stretcher (need to find out if the Hanging tool is in my package, if not i'll makeshift one)
  • if the above hanging attachment is still included i'll have hanging capabilities as well, I have a desk that be raised up and down so I had a thought that I could maybe drill a loop underneath it for some upward weighted stretching :)
  • Cock Rings
  • SiliSleeves
  • I'm sourcing Cable Clamps for clamping ( if that's still a viable exercise to include? )
That's my equipment at the moment.
If there's any other things I should consider, let me know :)
I have been thinking of getting the length master, but not sure just yet.

My Goals are still as they were, going for length and girth :) i.e 9"NBPEL and 6-6.5" Girth

Good news! I have picked up my MOS order, i now own the Stealth Stretcher kit and some extra SiliSleeve5
The SiliSleeve5 are so awesome, I just need to figure out the best way to get them on! These things are tricky!

Log - 6th Jan 2020 : NZ Time

Morning
9:30am : Bundled Stretches, light Basic Stretching, Rotaries: 25 Cranks
No other work was done as I had to run errands for the day.
2:30pm : Picked up my MoS order, Spent the afternoon figuring out how to get the Stealth Stretcher + SiliSleevs to work, It was a success.

PM Length Work (i'm not over doing it today since it's my first day back on a stretcher so it's just some light work)
Bundle Stretches: 6mins (60 seconds: 3 x left, 3 x right)
Stealth Stretcher: 6:30pm till 7:48pm; with it stretched out to a max of 8.6" (bone pressed measure) This stretch ranged from from 8.3" to 8.6" max stretch. Over the course of this little session I increased the Stealth Stretch as I would normally do, Then eased it off for the last 10 minutes .

Post Stretching: 5 Min massage to restore blood flow
For the rest of the night: Wearing SiliSleev5, should I wear the SiliSleev5cap or the open SiliSleev5 for post healing?

Question: Can I use the SiliSleev5 while sleeping? and also can they be used while in a Bathmate HydroMax to alleviate some of the water retention?

Overall I am super happy with my new Stealth Stretcher, It came with so many different ways to wear it! I tried them all... well almost.
I love it! It's SO much more comfortable than the standard SG/JES setup I had. If only I had this a year ago... ahwell, to the future!

The SiliSleev5 are an amazing tool to have too, those alone would be an amazing addition to anyone's routine. The grip you can get is insane, they're a little tricky to figure out at first but I found rolling them up to be the easiest method to put them on almost as you would with a condom.

Anyway, that's me for the day.
It was a dood day, look forward to logging more down in here.
p.s: my future logs likely wont all be an essays length like this log ;)

It sounds like you had a really good day! It’s nice when things come together. I’m also happy that you find your new StealthStretcher comfortable. SiliSleeves can be tricky but it is in these trials that we master them. Yes you can use a sleeve to pump. You can also wear a sleeve to sleep. I always advise setting an alarm half way through the night to be sure, but in every case I have heard was successful.

Since I've been on and off PE for a few years i cant really say what it started at (when i say on off i mean like i would do it once a week every now and then doing stretches and jelqs).
So i can't really give a whole lot of credit to anything from back then.
My current stats are basically where i am starting at... right now i can get a BP Flaccid Stretch of 8.5" my BPEL is 8.4" NBPEL 7.5"
I don't know if this is a good start length or what haha but i'll be happy with any sort of Gains i can make in the coming months =]

I'll get those gains back though and some.

I some how ripped one of my SiliSleev5, one that came with the kit not the extra 3 pack I ordered.
I was putting it over the Stealth Stretcher and noticed a couple small pinhole rips, which only got larger as I tried to remove it.
The holes were at the thicker end of the Sleev, I managed to save the sleeve at least by cutting back the end with the rip so i can still use it. Lucky the rip went around and not down the sleev.

Still kinda sucks, since It's only been a day of use but perhaps the Sleev I used was too thin for the stretcher? Not sure.

Had a question about post workouts.
Are there any creams/ointments/powders I should apply after every workout?
To promote further healing and just overall general penis health.

I might order some of the Penis Gripping powder, that stuff seems like it could help out.

Extra notes for today:
- Enjoying the Stealth Stretcher, found some better ways to prep/setup.
- SiliCap is so easy to put on now; roll it up, place on tip, roll it back down shaft. Roll back up, while holding the tip, if you need to fix any folds.
- Need to order some more larger SiliSleev, the extra SiliSleev5 3 pack I ordered are far too small for me. The SiliSleev5 cap fits fine since it's more stretchy/wide, but the other 2 SiliSleev5 are too tight for me to even roll on. Think I need the SiliSleev2, assuming those are the ones that came with the Stealth Stretcher, they're bigger and fit me better.

Plan for tomorrow:
Likely no stretching except for warming up with Bundled stretches and wearing SiliSleevs.
Will focus on Girth Work in the AM hopefully.
I do need to get a good lubricant for Jelqing, Any recommendations?
 
The best thing to do after you train is a good tissue massage. Many folks will do the testicle health massage and stretch as their last exercise which is a very good warm down. The gripping powder is very good for manual stretching. I’m also glad that you figured out the issue with your sleeve. Another excellent warm down is the MOSRED. This can also be used while you’re training to keep the tissue supple and stretchable. The best two things to have on hand as far as cream and ointments are concerned or a tube of bacitracin and a tube of hydrocortisone. The bacitracin can be used if you have an injury, cut, sore or other open wounds. The Hydrocortisone is used after every workout. A pea size amount is plenty and it will keep your skin from being dry red and irritated. Aside from that everything looks really good.

But mostly just wore my Sleeves for the whole day for whenever I wasn't working out. (minus bathroom breaks)

In the end I was more frustrated than in the PE moment, so I called it a day with what I had done to avoid angrily over pumping hahah

UPDATE for Log - 10th Jan 2020 : NZ

I forgot to mention that on the 10th I did a girth session in the shower aswell. This was just after I had posted my log.

I did 30mins of Bathmate Pumping, 4 sessions:
- Starting at low pressure for 5 minutes
- Mid pressure for 5 minutes
- Almost Max pressure for 5 minutes
- Lastly a vacuvin pressure session where I increase pressure every minute or so to max pressure for about 10 minutes. My vacuvin will click when it hits max pressure and I also go based on feeling aswell.

I also did some SSJ in between each to refresh everything. Then clamped for 10 minutes afterwards to see how that felt.

Btw The pressure levels mentioned above, for me are based more on what I see and feel happening in the pump.

Pretty simple girth session.

In my opinion if you’re going to start working on your penis you should also be working on the rest of your body as this will add to your size visually by losing weight and to your total size by training. Go for it all my man!

Healing is just as important as gaining I’m so glad that you recognize that. Your Stealth Stretcher will be a smart way to heal while elongated.
 
Okay, been a while.
Been going through some relationship stuff and it threw me into a really shitty headspace.
Not sure what's going to happen yet, so I'm still not back to 100%.

In other news:

I've still been pumping most days every week, so not much has changed.
I just need to bring the Stealth Stretcher back, I miss it.

By the way! I've had my Stealth Stretcher for a few months now and I love it.
But I had NO idea that my Stealth Stretcher came with a bag of Gripping Powder...
When I first got my order I saw the bag (which was the gripping powder) in a packet and thought... WTF is this thing and left it alone (xd).

I was just about to order some today with my SiliSleeves order, But thought I may as well check the MOS store video to see what it comes in, you can imagine my stupid look on my face when I realized it was the exact same thing that I've had for months lol
I had a: "Oh my fucking god, I've had this grippy shit this whole time?!" moment

I feel like a dumbass haha Luckily I didn't throw it out.
So I've got that to look forward to using later tonight.

I wrap the SiliSleeve with some bandage to lessen the friction between the Sleeve and the Bars.

I do this because I found when extending the bars, the tiny rubbing on the sleeve would cause tiny rips.
So far this has helped, but I need a softer bandage as this still feels like it could damage the sleeves.

I custom cut some 'tighter' underwear that I don't wear as much, so that I can wear the Stealth Stretcher and still wear my underwear.
Also in that pic, down the bottom you can sort of see how the ruler disappears almost an inch into my fatpad.
(flex) gonna get rid of that shit this year.

Took another pic.
Decided to measure while in my Stealth Stretcher as I normally do.

Looks like I may have finally reached the 9" mark while stretching :)
Now I just need to continue with this and get those stats set in stone.

*the ruler is sat right on top of the stretcher, it protrudes past the base of the stealth and into my fat pad, for anyone wondering where the 1" is ;)

I can't wait to get rid of the fat down there, I didn't realize I had almost an inch and a half hiding my dick.

I usually wear my stealth stretcher anywhere between 2.5hrs to 4.5hrs, with breaks in between.
It really depends on my work schedule, long sessions are split usually into 1hr sections or however I feel.
On a good day I'll get the 4.5hrs logged or around there, on bad days I still make sure to log 2hrs minimum (at max tension I can handle) so I at least get something done.

Also a major key here is I wear my SiliSleeves everyday after stretching and even when not stretching (taking them off for pee breaks).
If not for the post healed stretch, then wear 'em for the bulge ;)

Stopping here because I noticed the start of a very tiny blister, I think it's from the head piece where I must have over pumped ever so slightly.

It's tricky to choose what cup to use sometimes, because the Stealth Stretcher came with 3 head pieces.
Size 1 - Smallest : WAY too small for my head.
Size 2 - Medium : Not bad fit but depends on my scheduling and pumping,
Size 3 - Largest : Best fit but perhaps it's ever so slightly too big.

I will see if the Medium cup is better fit next session.
