Since my last post I've been pumping every week 3/4 times give or take. With wrapping after pumping and stretching before hand.
Anyway to what I came here to say and I think this has probably been posted before but I just wanted to show what i've recently been experimenting with.
Since I have been maxing out the Handball Pump for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Xtreme[/words] for a while now and in the pump(AIR Pumping 80-90% erect) I reach just in between 8" and 8.5" mark.
While it's fine to max out the Handball pump I wanted more pressure
i looked around and saw people talking about the vacu vin mods.
So got one myself and this is how I have it set up. Hopefully you can see the attachments.
I have attached some pics of how I have it set it up, which is working really well.
I tried using it directly attached to the end but i just couldn't get it to stay put and this method is by far much easier to manage.
Be warned as this gives some SERIOUS suction pressure.
I managed to push past my usual max out mark and got maybe a millimeter bellow the 8.5" mark, I couldn't pump any more as I was still sore from yesterdays sessions ;p but I'll be aiming to get past that point in my next session
I enjoy this method ALOT more than the hand ball as you can control exactly how much pressure you want.
Overview of pump and mod:

Tested this method with water and holy shit it was pretty damn awesome.
Managed to get further in to the pump than ever before and I could have easily done more but i'll wait till next session to do that.
My theory is, maxed out pump with the Vacu Vin = more pull on the shaft which = more length progress, implement that multiple times a week will surely lead to some gains in the long run. Much like time under tension.
Going to use this for a month 4/5 times a week(depending on recovery times) and see how the results stack up.

Oh I forgot to mention the great thing about the Vacu Vin.
When pumping with water, If you happen to get a pocket of air in there when you put it on like i almost always end up with.
To get rid of that pocket of air just attach the Vacu Vin and aim the tip of the pump upwards (Lying down helps) so that the air pocket is right at the tip of the pump.
All you need to do from here is just use the Vacu Vin as you would and it will suck out the excess air pocket.
This should work as long as the air pocket "isn't" massive.

Yeah exactly, I think the difference between using the Vacu Vin vs Hand Ball is that the hand ball has it's limits and you can only pump a certain amount until the ball is flat and unable to pull out any more air/water. It's Good to start with in some cases but not the end game.
Where as the Vacu Vin attachment is two separate compartments:
1. The Suction Lever/pump. Which can remove as much water/air as you can handle.
2. The Valve (which also acts as a pressure release valve when you press the end of it).
There is just a lot more room to remove air/water from the pump this way.
Unlike the hand ball MAX pump you can achieve with no way to really "reset" the handball for get more suction, you can just take the Vacu Vin Pump remove the water and reset the Vacu Vin Pump and continue to add more pressure.
I'm loving it so far and it will be in my routine permanently from now on.

If you're still looking for tips on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words], I just added a silicone sleeve, and it's helped BIG time with decreasing the baseball bat effect.
I can also pump with much more pressure. I feel like it makes air pumping almost as effective as water pumping with the sleeve, and then water pumping even more effective. As in, I can add more pressure without getting as much fluid build up or squishiness. Leaving the sleeve on for like an hour after the pumping helps too, keeping my flaccid hang at 7", sometimes closer to 8" when wearing it (instead of 5-6").
It's completely changed things for me - my recovery is much faster as well. I got the "AB Silicone" pump sleeve. It's a little hard to get on, it's easiest when it's wet. About 1.5" of mine broke off within a week, but I actually like it better now. I just combine that with one of their smaller clamping sleeves.

I found this really helps with the retention and also prevents me sticking to the side of the pump.
Then I just leave the wrap on after my pumping for a nice stretch afterwards(Re wrapping when i need to) I might get a sleeve instead though as the wrap can wear out fast sometimes, Although i like the room for expansion when using the wrap from flaccid to erect.

And in response to your other post, wonder. I use the ROP! It definitely does work with increased ball size, and I actually did get acne and insomnia from it a while back. However, the ball gains for me haven't been permanent. But I also haven't done any specific exercises/consistent massage to permanently increase ball size. But it temporarily definitely seems to increase the ball/sack size for me. I mainly wear it at any chance it improves recovery time from PE.

Hey guys.
So after my session today, I have a blister on the head of my penis. I've been pumping regularly at least once a week but today I pushed it and it was good but I took the pump off and now I have a blister about 1.5cm on the head of my penis. It's like half way down if you were looking at it from top down view, Think of a bell shape and It's got a circle(blister) half way down slightly to the left of the middle.
My question is. What do I do?
I googled it within the PE community results and most people say don't pop it, just leave it to heal. But what about the liquid, it has quite a bit in it. I'd say it's 1.5cm/15mm in diameter and mayb 0.6cm/6mm high. So i'm being careful with it (Wearing lose pants etc). It's been about 3/4 hours since my session i think and it hasn't really gone down at all.
Keep in mind it's NOT a blood blister. It's just a clear blister, the liquid is pretty clear inside like water almost.
So I think there is a layer of new skin underneath that plumped up layer.
Should I leave it(with the liquid inside) to heal but be careful with it? The only problem with that is going to bed, the blister skin is delicate and I might roll over onto it or something and pop it forcefully in my sleep. Which would be bad.
Or I can Pierce it with a sterile needle/pin and let it drain out but leave the skin to heal?
I don't know, so I won't do anything to it until I hear from you guys someone with experience of this.
Hopefully someone responds soon appreciate any help.

I'd say leave it be for the moment! A warm or cold compress could speed up the healing process possibly. 3 or 4 hours from pumping, I've had a big doughnut head from pumping several times; should go down in 24 hours.
It's possible that it could pop while you're sleeping, but I wouldn't worry about that so much.
Things like this can be stressful, but usually go away relatively fast. Relax, maybe a compress like mentioned, loose pants are always good.
I suggest pumping more than once a week, maybe shorter sessions but once a week is too strange for the body, therefore a probability for blisters etc., rises.
Also, when releasing yourself from a pump, it's best to decrease the pressure gradually. Personally I've noticed this way is less hazardous and helps in avoiding blisters or doughnut foreskin. (Or a puffy underside of the glans if you happen to be circumcised.)

But I think i've found a way to sleep with it possibly not breaking/popping, a light non adhesive bandage wrap and a handytowel tube cut down to size to prevent any pressure or scraping that could occur without it
It's like a protective sleeve hahaI just don't want it to pop and get an infection.
Yeah I usually do shorter sessions i just lost track of time.
I'll update in the morning if my protection method worked or not
Be very vigilant with that blister, allow it to pop and drain on its own,,,,DO NOT pop it and squeeze, this will cause permanent scaring. Allow nature to run it's course. You can help it along by using a hot compress a couple times a day but nothing else. Be patient and it will clear soon.

A hot compress is simply a washcloth or towel that is heated with water and then that is compressed against the blister. Not too hot and not too much compression, just enough to cause the heat to penetrate the skin. This will speed the drainage without popping it.
