Okay cool, that's what I usually do.

I haven't officially measured BPEL for a while, cause I want to allow myself time to grow before measuring again.

I measure BPFL every week anyway.
I imagine this will only go up as I'm increasing my routine more and more every week.
Such as adding in weight hanging, that really does a number on the ligs haha but it's algud.

Plus with this Covid-19 lockdown going in place in New Zealand i'll just have more time at my desk to do hanging ;)

Finding i'm getting signs of tiny blister so I'm gonna take a break to heal, Just a few days.
Will just do manual stretches and Jelqing in the meantime.
 
I’m glad you found the blister and I’m so happy you’re taking off time until it heals. You can speed the process by using a hot compress. Do this 3 to 4 times a day. Do not pop it! Let it drain on it’s own.

Yeah i'll try that out. It's barely a blister though, I just felt maybe I shouldn't do anything.

This is why i need to add another option of extending like a lengthmaster to hang/extend, if I can't use my Stealth Stretcher Vac head.

Feel like i'm having withdraws not being able to chuck on the extender (cwl)
I just wanna extend all day everyday.

When you have to take breaks you will feel withdrawal LOL PE is a drug so many get hooked on it. But in my opinion keep that monkey on your back! Ain’t nothing wrong with being adDICKted?
 
Since my last log, on the 25th March, I haven't had any time to do any real PE except basic stretching and wearing my SiliSleevs.

As with most Countries at the moment, NZ has also been under a long ongoing Covid lockdown.
So, I've barely had any privacy to do much PE except for very late in the evening.

Thanks for the major update it’s good to know you’re doing so well. I feel you on this quarantine bullshit, it will be over very soon because people are starting to rebel already. We are supposed to quarantine so there was room in the hospital available. Most hospitals have no people right now so I’m wondering why we’re still on lockdown

The stupid virus is really hurting our supply lines. We hope to get our shipment in this week. It’s sitting in Compton California so we have to figure out what’s going on. I ordered a pillow That was supposed to arrive last week and I’m still waiting. A lot of the shipping companies are really fucked up right now. So I pray that you get what you need and we get what we need to keep things going
