So this is my first time posting any sort of log/diary type thing on any site ever go easy on me =]
Teach me the ways of the brotherhood and I will fight with you till the end Brothers.
Down to business... This year my plan is to go full time on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and gain as close to 9"NBPEL and 6.5" Girth as I can and continue to work at it until I do get there or past It.

My current routine set up is as follows:

AM Stretching Routine:

Warm Up with warm towel wrap 5-10 mins
Stretching in all directions including behind the cheeks.
DLD Blasters (5 sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel 30Reps)
DLD [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] Super Sets(Using the Male Edge Extra until i can afford to get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words])
This includes 3 sets of Wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for 1.5 hours then Manual stretching all directions and rotary cranks in between sets.
Then Wrapping until the PM Routine(with breaks in between every 30-60 mins re wrapping)

PM Girth Routine:

300 2 second jelqs (3 days a week)

That's basically my routine so far, Am i being a bit too greedy on this routine?
Any feedback on this routine is much appreciated.
My routine is not set in stone quite Yet, so if there's a better routine for me to do then I'm all ears.

for the girth routine you want to hold as much blood, at intense pressure for 30-45 minutes and focus at all points of the shaft.
Bit more work to do when you have more length of shaft to cover, but there you go. There are some downsides to being longer ; )

Do that. Let your penis repair when it needs it. Eat good protein for growth (fish, nuts etc.)
Stay off consuming energy drinks, other high-sugar soda, and other sugar-crap 'convenience' and industrially made 'food', as often as you can.

Be consistant and regular and girth will come.
 
i love the attitude towards it all! you can go a long way just by that.

and some nice beginners stats aswell.

how much PE have you done before?

if this is too much depends entirely on your previews time in pe
i do like the workout.

edging kicks ass. i can literally make my self grow 1cm temporary by edging.

that is some size you do not want to miss out on

also erect stretching is a powerful weapon to make your bpfl's turn into bpel/nbpel
you just need like 5 mins every workout. i would do it with my girth work. probably before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words].

Keep up the good work. A log is a great way to stay focused and accountable. Whether it is PE or some other goals in your life.. write it down!

Hi sorry for late replies works been so busy. I will try reply when i get a chance =]

Since I've been on and off PE for a few years i cant really say what it started at (when i say on off i mean like i would do it once a week every now and then doing stretches and jelqs).
So i can't really give a whole lot of credit to anything from back then.
My current stats are basically where i am starting at... right now i can get a BP Flaccid Stretch of 8.5" my BPEL is 8.4" NBPEL 7.5"
I don't know if this is a good start length or what haha but i'll be happy with any sort of Gains i can make in the coming months =]

Sorry i haven't posted here in a while.
Work took over alot of my time and since i spend most my time on a computer i tend to forget to check it.

Been taking it really casual but still making sure i do at least some of my exercises every week, II tend to wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] almost everyday.
Though the Male Edge (havn't broken mine so far :P) doesn't feel super strong in terms of how much it pulls. I feel like with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] this would not be the case... That thing looks like it is built to pull some serious gains outa nowhere. Maybe i should "accidentally" break my Male Edge hahah

No serious gains so far, But! My BP Flacid Stretch has gone up a little bit :) 21cm to 22cm around 1cm-ish, Lets hope this soon translates into BPEL results.
Definitely good to see something is happening though, I will definitely keep at it.

I Will try check in more often, maybe once every few weeks and give an update for anyone interested :P

I wasn't aware they had a metal version. Definitely didn't see one when i was shopping for one to test out.
I would love to win one haha but all depends on my work tbh it can get very busy some weeks, so i'm not sure i'll be on here enough to be eligible for the contest haha :P maybe.

Little update.
Been stretching on and off since my last post just to keep active and do my regular stretching, no major gains as I haven't been sticking to the routine 100%.
But i have some sad news... my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] has busted.

I got it out one day, went for a shower and I noticed it wasn't holding. So I checked the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words] seal and it seemed fine.
So I put it back on and had another close look, I then noticed at the tip it was letting in these microscopic air-beads :(
Something has come loose/split where the valve sits making it unusable till it's fixed as it just loses suction as soon as I put it on.

It's definitely cracked, there are super tiny splits in the plastic.
Just in case anyone says I might need to manscape for the suction. Trust me.
I manscape haha so that's not the cause of the air bubbles, It's 100% sealed against me in terms of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] :p

Not sure if I can fix it. Any tips?

Hey there!

Do a warranty check? I mean, when did you get it? I did receive a replacement for my busted one; sounds like you have the same issue.
Be sure to take good quality pictures, there should be barely visible crack seam.
There's a workaround with epoxy / superglue, something to seal the crack, let it dry for 24-48 hours.
Definitely suggesting the Vacu-Vin mod for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]; one of the Vacu-vin models you just need to bore the center of cork open and it fits like a glove over the valve.

Try to see if there is a visible split; it can be a bit difficult to see, but fill it with water and just let the water drop, you should be able to see where it escapes other than from the valve.
Of course there's the valve positioning trick of pumping hard to a flat surface.
Take care now! An update to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] is a possibility, but the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] can be an efficient tool as well, so before buying a new toy; warranty or trying to fix it.

If you are out of warranty I would switch to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], a much easier, more powerful pump.
 
I had the same issue with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. I had crack that ran almost all the way around it. I picked up some clear silicone in a tube at my local Walmart. It goes on white and dries clear. Ever since, I have had no issues. If you want I can get a pic of the silicone tube and post it here if you need me to. The fix has held up to the wine vac mod and the green [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words].

Little update. Hope all is well with everyone's PE progression.

Good news: I managed to temporarily fix my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] Tube with a bit of Super Glue.
I tried it out last night in the shower and it works again! :) for now anyway.

Reason I stuck to the 65 is because I didn't want to be to over zealous and over do it in my first day back at it ;)
But I can tell you it felt great being able to pump again, I actually didn't realize how much I missed it.
The results you get from doing that session alone that I put above are very satisfying, my girth goes through the roof hahah.
I'm not sure how long the fix will last but it's working like it used to without losing any suction.

I'm thinking of getting a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] to replace it when it does completely break
DLD what [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] would you recommend is a good one to go for?

Oh and side question is there any exercises for increasing the size of my balls? or can you only increase the hang of them?

dang...your starting length is where I am currently, and that's after 20 months of very intense work with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. If you're serious about getting one, I'd suggest the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] and then replace the stock valve assembly with the VacuVin wine-saver mod, (but start slowly).
