Man it has nothing on the Stealth suction cup setup, in terms of comfort and how much it can pull. lol
Suction cup setup is just too good.

Yes you always want to favor the curved side. So if jelqing erect you jelq against the curve. In a similar way you want to bundle more on the side that pulling or curved.

I wonder who makes the penis grow so quickly, like your dld? Do age and genes play an important role in rapid growth? and thank you

To put it simply: Time and Dedication to the PE craft will bring you more growth, faster.

Yes, I started in 2015 but I wasn't as dedicated to it as I am today. I was really lazy.
The reason I haven't gained ALOT (as much as DLD or others) is because until early this year I haven't TRULY dedicated myself to PE growth. At the end of last year I changed up how I think about things, I'm older now and I have never been more dedicated to PE Exercises, which has lead to me gaining more 'quickly' as you put it.

You can spend as much TIME as you want on PE but if you're not Dedicated to it then you wont see many gains, if any.

Again, TIME & DEDICATION. There is NO shortcut to gaining size quickly.
The reason it takes time is because you HAVE to be careful with your penis, You only get one.
Everyone is born with a different sized penis. It's up to you if you want to EARN a bigger one.

I am lucky enough to have a decent sized starting point at around 8".
So my room to grow to 9"-10" is attainable quicker, than someone with a 5" starting size.

Work with what you've got and set realistic goals.

I also enjoyed about products that help speed up the growth of the penis, but what I noticed is that there are not many devices that are used to enlarge within the training program for new members except Bundled Stretching
I want to inform you that I am adding PENIS EXTENDER and SILISTRETCHER 2 with this training system to get great results but frankly I want to know how long it takes to use these two devices after exercise? I am very sorry for my English and thank you, sir

Your English is just fine and I understand everything. I’m glad that you were getting these devices as they will give you full access to the SRT routine. I suggest you create your own routine page to keep track of information you gather from others.
This will help you in the long run if you start one TODAY.

To Create your own thread follow these instructions:
1.

2. Click "Post Thread" at the top.
3. Give your Log a Title/Name
4. Write down your goals. (like what size you want to achieve)
5. List your equipment you have now AND what equipment you plan on ordering (if you do buy some)
This is so that others and DLD can help you out further.
6. If you want equipment suggestions, write that down, nearly everyone on here has used at least one piece of PE equipment they can give you advice on.

Log - 18th March 2020 : NZ

New BPFS Measurement: 8.81" (22.4cm)
(straight down the middle, max stretch)
It's getting bigger ;)

I was using a 3 x 5cm bars on either side of the stretcher on top of the base pieces 9cm ish.
So I decided to see if I could use 2 x 3cm bars on each side instead of the last 5cm to get that extra 1cm of stretch.
It fits comfortably so I'm going to be using a longer stretch setup from now on.

In terms of bars used.
I've got my stretcher setup like this: Same for both sides of the stretcher obviously.
Base Piece (9cm-ish) : 2 x 5cm Bars : 2 x 3cm bars
Base Piece (9cm-ish) : 2 x 5cm Bars : 2 x 3cm bars

Rough Length of 25cm/9.84" (so minus the end cap, i reach the 9" mark)
That's in a non-extended state where I haven't twisted the rods, which I usually extend throughout my sessions.

Got some weights, to try out hanging.
NOTE: When I mention pull, I'm comparing the "pull" to that of my stealth stretcher sessions, which really fucking pulls haha.

- I started out with 2.5kg/5.5lb weight. But... I didn't feel a small pull or anything. Just felt normal LOL
- So I went up to 3.5kg, still not really any pull that I can feel.
- Bumped it up to 5kg/11lb, there it is.
That's where the pull is, or at least the weight where I can feel it pulling.

Is this normal?
Am I just conditioned to a certain poundage of pull, from my Stretchers/Pumping since i've used it so much?

With that I ask:
1.
What's a normal 'Safe' weight to hang at or start with?
2. Should I stick with 3kg and leave that on for a half an hour to see how that feels over time?

As far as how I'm hangin, I have it setup like this:

MY DESK TOP
- D shape Loop attached under my desk
- Rope is passed through ^ that D Loop
- Carabiner A: Clipped to Stealth Head Attachment (also attached to rope)
- 50cm-ish 20kg Safe Rope (each end is securely tied to a Carabiner clip: A & B)
- Carabiner B: Clipped to the Weight Loop (also attached to rope)
- Weights on that weight loop ^

The weights aren't touching the ground btw.
But If i need to remove all of the weight completely for whatever reason, like incase of injury etc.
I just have to move myself forward and the weights can touch the ground, or I can grab the rope lol .

Just wanted to see how hanging is, not bad can definitely feel it afterwards.
I'll probably add in some pyramid sets or do 5 sets of 20 mins each at a set weight.

DLD what do you think would be better for me to do?
Pyramid Set or Stick to one Weight.

Just been taking it easy and working out the best way to go about my routine.

That's a bother question. How often should I measure? Once a week or so?
