Update: I've found the culprit of the SiliSleev5 Rip!
Turns out, It was the metal rods of the Stretcher rubbing on the Sleevs, See picture for detail

I am trying a simple solution of wrapping the sleev in my bandage wrap, this is to avoid direct contact between the metal and the SiliSleev5.

Extra notes for today:
- Enjoying the Stealth Stretcher, found some better ways to prep/setup.
- SiliCap is so easy to put on now; roll it up, place on tip, roll it back down shaft. Roll back up, while holding the tip, if you need to fix any folds.
- Need to order some more larger SiliSleev, the extra SiliSleev5 3 pack I ordered are far too small for me. The SiliSleev5 cap fits fine since it's more stretchy/wide, but the other 2 SiliSleev5 are too tight for me to even roll on. Think I need the SiliSleev2, assuming those are the ones that came with the Stealth Stretcher, they're bigger and fit me better.

Plan for tomorrow:
Likely no stretching except for warming up with Bundled stretches and wearing SiliSleevs.
Will focus on Girth Work in the AM hopefully.
I do need to get a good lubricant for Jelqing, Any recommendations?
 
The best thing to do after you train is a good tissue massage. Many folks will do the testicle health massage and stretch as their last exercise which is a very good warm down. The gripping powder is very good for manual stretching. I’m also glad that you figured out the issue with your sleeve. Another excellent warm down is the MOSRED. This can also be used while you’re training to keep the tissue supple and stretchable. The best two things to have on hand as far as cream and ointments are concerned or a tube of bacitracin and a tube of hydrocortisone. The bacitracin can be used if you have an injury, cut, sore or other open wounds. The Hydrocortisone is used after every workout. A pea size amount is plenty and it will keep your skin from being dry red and irritated. Aside from that everything looks really good.

1:30pm - 2:50pm : Trip to the local hardware store for some parts to start setting up my desk for weight/hanging training (pulley, rope, loops, carabiners). Wore my SiliSleeve during this time.

4:00pm - 6:50pm : SiliSleev5
6:50pm - 9:53pm : Dinner out, was wearing my SiliSleev .

Didn't get much time to do a lot of work today, Squeezed in a little bit!
But mostly just wore my Sleeves for the whole day for whenever I wasn't working out. (minus bathroom breaks)

Then Pumped for roughly 15 minutes as I wore my Sleeves to test that out, works well.
Though I had some issues with my pump not holding pressure a few too many times, fair enough as the pump is getting old and the end valve is a bit temperamental sometimes. In the end I was more frustrated than in the PE moment, so I called it a day with what I had done to avoid angrily over pumping hahah

End of Day BPFS Measurement:
BPFS: 8.66" / 22cm

But... it's looking thicker than usual ;) So that's a plus.

UPDATE for Log - 10th Jan 2020 : NZ

I forgot to mention that on the 10th I did a girth session in the shower aswell. This was just after I had posted my log.

I did 30mins of Bathmate Pumping, 4 sessions:
- Starting at low pressure for 5 minutes
- Mid pressure for 5 minutes
- Almost Max pressure for 5 minutes
- Lastly a vacuvin pressure session where I increase pressure every minute or so to max pressure for about 10 minutes. My vacuvin will click when it hits max pressure and I also go based on feeling aswell.

I also did some SSJ in between each to refresh everything. Then clamped for 10 minutes afterwards to see how that felt.

Btw The pressure levels mentioned above, for me are based more on what I see and feel happening in the pump.

Pretty simple girth session.

Next on my list to buy is a simple weight set from the sports store to start weight hanging.

And also to start lifting weights again, outside of the PE Journey I want to get back into Cardio everyday.
Time to get rid of some fatpad and show more of my Non Bone Pressed Length ;)

In my opinion if you’re going to start working on your penis you should also be working on the rest of your body as this will add to your size visually by losing weight and to your total size by training. Go for it all my man!
