My "workout routine" has been simple. I've only used this [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydropump[/words] 20 minutes once in a day, when I'm at shower. I wash my self, and warm up my penis few minutes with hot water and touching. Then I fill [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with hot water, and pump for 20 minutes. I've made a few mistakes. First of all, I've always started pumping when I'm semi or barely semi erected. And second, I've used too much pressure (red dots have appeared all over my dick, some bruises as well).
I've still gained 0.2 inches in girth in just over two weeks. I'm like 99% sure, that I've gained the same for my length also. Need to get more accurate way to measure this.
My first goal is to hit 6.7" NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.5" EG in let's say 6 months. Then I probaply slow down (exercise less), and focus more on my shape...or not. My long term dream is to hit NBPenis EnlargementL 8" and 6" EG with a perfect shape rofl
Here is what I've been thinking for the next few weeks:
Day exercise - Warming up, 100 Jelqs, Stretching in every direction for 30 seconds each, 200 Jelqs, Some glans work, edging and kegels.
During a day - Minor stretching in toilet every once in a while. Kegels.
Before bedtime - Pumping with erected penis (moderate pressure) for 20 minutes, Jelqing and whatever feels good
I start carefully, and increase amount of jelqing and streching week by week. So how does this sound my co-Penis Enlargement'ers?
