Figured that. When you feel an erection coming on, is there any discomfort (considering the fulcrum like pressure @ the base)?

If someone wanted an SD or SU stretch, then they're better off buying a VLC strap (w/ some comfort padding/foam) or something along those lines w/ a hook. You're going to need a pretty rugged sock.

Erections are not uncomfortable at all nor does the foam ring prevent them. It is the only extender I know of where you can have an erection with no pain or problems whatsoever. Getting an erection while wearing this device might actually help with your PE because perhaps the erection filling out the stretched out area will help not only train the penis to get to the larger erection but also you are sending blood and nutrition into those broken down and rebuilding tissues which will help them grow. Get phallosan and don't worry about erections while extending (you welcome phallosan lol :s).

This is getting added to SRT today! The Phallosan is the answer to night time PE!

Just so you know Julian, I did receive the new sleeve a couple days ago. It looks pretty solid but I am going to hold off using it because I want to see how long I can go on the original sleeve before it breaks. So far guys I have been wearing the phallosan at least 40 hours a week with no problems with the original sleeve whatsoever.

Ok, this product looks interesting. But what is it actually? ADS, Extender? And how do people compare it to the Sizegenetics or the normal xsleeves? It looks very good, bt kinda expensive. Not sure whether it is worth the price... plus it looks like the VLC..?

To me the Phallosan is the number 1 choice for night use. I think the SizeGenetics is more geared towards day use.

Is it comparable to the SG for daytime use, or it is just nighttime that it is actually good for? It seems like a GREAT purchase, but so damn expensive!

I would say the SizeGenetics is more intense than the Phallosan but again, the night time use needs to be considered. Having the ability to stretch all day with the SizeGenetics than stretch all night with the Phallosan is 24 hours PE, something I always wanted. It is pricey but it is easy to see why when you examine the kit they give.

I can't wait until Friday and I purchase mine. I haven been able to P.E. at all because of the overtime I've had to put in at work but tomorrow that changes.

Sizegentics compared to phallosan .... basically freedom of movement is what it comes down to. Phallosan gives you freedom of movement and I believe u can get to the same tension levels as sizegenetics. On top of that I also believe the phallosan can be worn for longer periods of time, during then night and with erections so that if someone had to pick between the phallosan and the sizegenetics .... my opinion would be to go with the phallosan. I couldnt wear the xsleeves for long periods of time due to comfort. They would squeeze my penis and eventually i would lose circulation. Also sleeves dont really provide tension like sizegenetics or the phallosan ... they more or less just get you to your erect length and keep you there without any pulling. The phallosan's design is completely different from the vlc tugger the only similarity is the tension belt. For the vlc tugger you have to be uncut and it uses the foreskin as part of the vacuum. With the phallosan you can be cut and the vacuum is applied directly to the glands so the cut and uncut people can both use it. Also I have seen before on the vlc tugger site that the device should be removed periodically to avoid skin issues whereas the phallosan can be wore straight through the night with no problem (if I am wrong about the vlc tugger someone correct me). Yes the price is high but after having using it for as long as I have I wish I had bought it sooner. I still wish there was a way for the phallosan pump to be sold separately so that users can sell off the other bells they dont need ..... but yea. If you have the money the phallosan is worth it ..... but if you dont then do not buy it because you are right it is a high dollar PE item.

I think one of the most important things with wearing the phallosan is don't try to increase in tension too fast. The comfort level can cause a person to think they aren't making gains but trust me ,,,, Relax .... take it slow and remember this is a device you can wear everyday when you are sleep (seven or eight hours a day) which is more than most other devices on the market (unless you have a job which allows for some of the less flexible devices).

Fun fact: if you wear the phallosan everyday while you sleep, and say you sleep for eight hours a day, you can log 2920 hours in one year. That's a ton of PE.

And this fact is the exact reason I included it in the SRT routine, with that much time logged while sleeping would bring amazing gains and it frees up the day to do so many other exercises. Phallosan is a great device and I can see it carving it's niche into the MOS forums.

I actually changed my sleeping position to make phallosan work for me. I originally slept on my stomach so I thought I wouldnt be able to make it work but I guess it is similar to having a child (being a new parents) where you realize you have a child in your bed so you make a point not to toss and turn. For those who have the fear that the phallosan will not work bc you are a stomach sleeper ... well I used to be one myself but changes can be made for the sake of PE.
