I agree.It looks like a deformed penis (this is what a pump does to you, it's a temp increase in fluid that will go away with in 7 days at most). However, posting a picture means jack. We don't have a before.I already stated any idiot can pump there penis to ugly proportions-point is, it is NOT permanent growth. It's no different than a female wearing a padded bra. No I have seen them. Angles and rulers pressed in harder etc. That is all. As for thickness, I can double my girth size with a pump and take convincing before and after pics. Lights, angles , delusion etc.

Lig surgery doesn't do anything on it's own. You can actually lose length if you don't use a freaking extender during the healing process.
