Okay so here's what's up with my penis....

I took measurements on Feb 7. Between then and March 28, so 7 weeks, I've added 0.25" in BPEL and almost that much in regular erect length. That was doing the Newbie Routine. The past 4 weeks I've been holding stretches for 45s instead of 30s.

Girth is a different story. I measured at my circumcision scar and the base. At the scar I have no change. At the base I have an extra 0.5" of girth. I'll do a round of stretches from the base and because of that I'm getting a "tree trunk" effect. I'm not worried about it and will keep doing a round of stretches from there. I try to do all 3 from just past the head but it gets uncomfortable.

BPFSL is 0.75" longer than BPEL. I find it amazing that BPFSL is so much more but I understand why.

I had to do measurements prior to 90 days because I'm starting out now with the Bathmate. If I had waited 90 days I wouldn't know if growth was from stretching, Bathmate, or both.

It has me curious where I would've ended up at 90 days without the Bathmate. I'll do BPEL and EL again in 2 months and see what I get.

The most important thing is that IT WORKS! PE DOES WORK! OMFG PE ACTUALLY WORKS! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT BUT PE EFFECTIVELY WORKS!

Congrats on the progress man! with the bathmate in your arsenal you will be well on your way to showing even more proof of PE's effectiveness. Looking forward to hearing about your gains 2 months from now (among your updates lol).

I'll tell you this - I've never been around so many straight men that all cared about each others cocks and I lived in the barracks throughout my 4 year enlistment. It's actually pretty cool lol.

I'll say this about that, MOS is a unique community. Although the focus is on PE (hence the attention to the penis lol), it seems to be all about progressing to a better person. These forums have a freedom to explore and learn more that many similar forums don't seem to have. Each member has the right to their own opinion and in general it's openly accepted. That's something I'm very thankful for because I love to see what others think. It's part of the reason I turned from a lurker to a member.

We are about much more than penis size. As a matter of fact many men come here thinking they have a penis problem when in reality they have a much different problem. In any case we always find the root and deal with that. In finding the root of the problem we are faced with many "roots" which allows us to go after the real issue that lies beneath the original problem. In this we have become very well versed with dealing with every male issue thinkable. So we remain committed to the betterment of the man, mind, body, soul!

I struggled with measurements for quite a while. The penis is shorter after certain exercises. My explanation would be that the penis pulls back right after a lot of tension has been applied. In the pumps I hardly reach the maximum length but I focus on girth while pumping anyways. In the past I measured frequently with just a few days between. Almost all the time I measure 20.4 cm BPFS. Sometimes I measure 21.4 BPFS. This occurs rarely, about every 10th time I am measuring. Meanwhile I start to believe that the longer measurement has been a mistake and for this reason I took a picture to remind myself that my memory is not confused.

The erection length is much lower and travels between 17 and 19.5cm. I don't really use it as a reference anymore.

BPFS is my favorite method. My recommendiation however is to measure much less frequently. Probably every few month. Also develop a feeling for the size instead of using the ruler. Before I measure I check my feelings whether I could cope with a lack of size increase. If I don't feel comfortable making a measurement, I just don't do it.

The signatures in this forum seem to pretend penises with a fixed size, accurate to the millimeter. I would say that people always talk about their ideal measurement. According to my experience, a consistens size doesn't really exist except if you have collected a lot of data.

And this is why every possible measurement should be made in the most proper way. A good deal of fluctuation happens due to poor measuring techniques. Length measurements need to be made against the pubic bone, any soft tissue measurement will be inconsistent. The small increments that men make are the footprints of motivation to shoot for those larger gains. But to a certain point measurements will vary in certain conditions and this is the big reason much data is needed to determine small gains.

Was on bad wifi, post didn't go through right....

It's a double edged sword with measurements cause you need enough for good data but doing too much will drive you nuts. Maybe I'll do 3 days of measurements when it comes time for my quarterly and check consistency of them. If all 3 are too far different then I'll do a few more. If they're all within I'd say 1/16" then that's pretty damn close and probably good enough.

I never really mentioned a gain unless it was .25" or more.

Allright. So here is what I found out: When I put a napkin to the face of my ruler I measured 1.5cm more (the rule is made from aluminum and very sharp so it hurts without the napkin but I wasn't really aware that I didn't hit the bone). Then I figured out that when I tilt my pelvis I can add another cm to my measurements. So basically my new measurements are one inch higher than everything I measured before. Then today I took measurements in the morning until the evening. Seems to get longer towards the evening up to an inch. I can't figure out how to get proper measurements so I can actually compare anything.

When I did my 3 month measurements I did them 3 days in a row to make sure I was getting the same thing repeatedly. I had a BPEL, EL, and a mid shaft Girth measurement that I threw out because 1 of each was off by 1/4" or more. The measurements I recorded were within 1/16" of each other so they were close enough.

More data gives more accurate results. Just don't measure every single day for months or you'll go insane.

Time of day is an interesting one that I didn't think of. I only warmed up with heat for about 5 minutes and did a quick massage before doing measurements, didn't think about morning/evening.

Buy a wooden ruler and round off the base of the ruler so all edges are rounded and smooth and you will not need to pad the ruler. I did this through my entire career. It allows you to press properly and with enough intensity to get a consistent reading.

true that and they make me feel better, metal rulers sharp edges can be painful while measuring:p

Im going to have to give this a try, i have been using a soft tape but with my curve its hard to get an accurate measurement.

Wooden ruler is a good idea. I have a triangular plastic one that does 6 different measurements. There's a 3/8" gap between the edge and 0 (I measured to be certain). So I do my measurements and then have to add 3/8". At first its a "oh man, that's all I've got?" Then I do the math and get a smile.

But yeah, I need to get 2 of those wooden rulers. Round the edges from one for myself and round off 3" on the other for the "guy penis talk" measurement lol.

And guys remember, on most wooden rulers you should add .25" to your length as many start at 12.25". In the shave you can make it a solid 12" with smooth, sanded edges.
