It's most likely hemosederin. That's the result of blood being forced out of the circulatory system and into the interstitial fluid. Everything was reabsorbed except the iron.

The dark color is the remaining iron. It's difficult to get rid of and might take years. There are some guys who have had successes with various age-spot type creams and peels, but it's a difficult condition to remove.

finally, It sound really reasonable. its nice to have it diagnoced.

now we just need to fine what to apply. i think something that peels of skin layers slowly would be the best. I havent tried Amlactin yet, but this is known to peel of skin layers i think. or MoreGains123 if you could link threads where you got to know about this or you know about some good produckts people have had good experience with.

Hemosederin is a condition that surgeons deal with after surgery. It fades fairly quickly under these circumstances, but Penis Enlargement practitioners often allow the condition to accumulate before doing anything about it. Unlike surgery, they compound it for weeks or months.

There are creams which are designed to break down the iron but they take a lot of time and don't seem to work too well. Auriderm is company which makes very expensive creams targeting this condition.

Plastic surgeons recommend massaging the area lightly several times a day - until its gone.

Thanks for that info MG123!
I am currently using Meladerm which has alpha arbutin used to fade dark spots on skin and will give feedback after a couple more weeks of use.
The Amylactin cream did little or nothing for me!

The difference might be unrelated to iron deposits. Many of these fade creams are not targeting the iron deposits. You may be wasting your time. Although I'd say it's worth a try - perhaps it might help. But don't be frustrated if it doesn't, it would just be because the cream is meant to break down something other than hemosederin:

"hemosiderin staining: Hemosiderin is a yellow-brown, granular, iron-containing pigment derived from the breakdown of hemoglobin. Hemosiderin staining, also called hemosiderosis, is a brown or rusty discoloration of the skin resulting from a buildup of hemosiderin in the interstitial fluid. Hemosiderin staining is an outcome of venous hypertension, where there is an extravasation of red blood cells into the tissues. Over time, these red blood cells (and their hemoglobin) begin to break down and hemosiderin deposits result."

Here are some very interesting comments by Plastic Surgeons:

I have problems with discoloration and dark spots too, especially after 1.5-2 mothsn of Bathmate usage! I am white and i have pale skin so it makes a lot of a difference when you compare penis skin and the rest of the near by skin...I know it is nothing to worry about but it frustrates me...especially dark spots! It just looks ugly to me...I can post some pics if u want?

I made pause from any Penis Enlargement and Bathmate for a at least 3 months and it havent fade away...not even a 1% so i dont belive that it will fade away eventually by it self...

If any1 finds solution i would like to try it...

Post pic, but let me understand correctly, you would stop Bm even if you knew it could give you a huge cock?

maybe those who get these marks do the Bathmate rong or in a way thats makes these marks come easiere. included me. so if people could share their Bathmate routine they think dont gets this issue it will be great.

You may be on to something, perhaps some men are using differently and this is the reason for their issues. There are many routines in the routine section using the Bathmate, it might be best to look there for any correlations.

Maybe it is just that some people have more sensitive skin or something so it reacts differently for each person

Very true but I can vouch for the fact that my penis skin became tougher and more able to handle the abuse without discoloring or spotting. Sometimes it takes time to work up to your mojo point!

very comforting but Bm is not like manual stretching, you made your gains without it, well most, for me i still have discoloration and i am not complaining as long as i gain...

Hi guys,

I've personally never used a Bathmate but I got really bad discolouration and stretch marks running horizontally around my shaft (kinda like wrinkles/stretch marks) from hitting the SSJ's way too hard about 18 months ago. It bothered me so much I stopped P.E completely and after a few months the discolouration was still there and I really thought it was gonna be permanent but it did eventually fade (probably took close to a year to completely fade). I've still got the stretch marks and they piss me off a bit but they could be worse.

I'm back into P.E now (don't push the SSJ's so ridiculously hard anymore though haha) and I find the key to avoiding blood spots and discolouration for me is a good warm up and a gradual expansion ie don't just go fuckin nuts at the start of your workout, and i use moisturizer or bio oil daily to help prevent more stretch marks.

Anyway, that's just me. Thought I'd share cause I know how much it sucks when you think you've permanently ruined the look of your cock. If you do have discolouration that you hate then maybe focus on length for 6 months or so and see how the discolouration is then.

Good luck with whatever you big dicked bastards decide to do.

ask yourself this would you stop even if you knew you have discoloration and will get worse but you get 10 inches of meat?

Do you think a girl will say ,oh what is that, look at that penis it has some stretch marks, or damn that is huge?

Stop being a pussy!

The Slow Squash Jelq is very powerful and you are right, it is easy to become overzealous and over-train. The SSJ needs to be controlled, pressure should always be pushed but never to the point of injury or blood spotting or bruising. Use common sense! Respect the exercise and learn it's power progressively, there is no rush, and there is no limit to what Slow Squash Jelqs can do for you...just take your time and understand it's power before going all out.

I'd rather huge and good looking, but yeah if it was 10 inches I wouldn't care if it looked (and smelt) like a rotten banana.

Ok guys I wanna solve this Issue. I guess we can find a solution.

I googled a bit and came up with this:

these guys we get are probably pinprick hemorrhages

I found this hint http://www.wisegeek.com/what-causes-blood-blisters.htm where they state that Zinc may help.

I have a zinc based cream at home and applied it to my whole dick yesterday evening after I had again some of these little buggers.
It feels like they have healed faster today then the other days. I will check this further.
Maybe you guys try it out too.
dont know if oral zinc supplements do help too but some may use them already..(?)

Also not going to fast to max pressure may help too.
What I do too is releasing some pressure so the dick is moving freely in the Bathmate, but without loosing the suction, then after some seconds I pump again until desired pressure(more then before).
Maybe this helps to move the pressure to other spots cause after realising some pressure and applying pressure again the dick moves into another position...

Amlactin cream seem to do nothing against discolouration, i've been using the cream for 4 months+ now and no difference at all, still as dark colored as it was when i quit the Bathmate....i really hope it will dissapear some day...very sad about it

Hey DS

Dick Slinger has suggested Lightenex which is used by Asiansa nd Arabic people to lighten skin color.
I have used Amylactin -only slight improvement.
I have just gone thru a bottle of Meladerm which was $50 and again a slight improvement.

I will probably try the Lightenex next but not right now.

I was trying to remember this post, thanks DS!

when women go and bleach their assholes, shouldn't the same procedure work for a penis?

Bleaching is different I'm sure. Targeting pigment is one thing, iron deposits are a completely different matter.

Whatever you use should be indicated for hemosederin. Otherwise you're only lightening the pigment in the skin and leaving the iron deposits alone. While it may appear to be working, at some point you'll run out of pigment to lighten and only have the uneven iron deposits left.

I tried Auriderm (http://www.skin-etc.com/auclgel1.html) for 3 months and don't feel it really did anything. But a doctor told me that I probably had too much deposit for it to work quickly. Who knows, perhaps if I'd have continued it maybe it would've worked. But that stuff is too expensive to keep trying.
