Training the penis via NPenis Enlargement - be it stretching/girthwork/pc-work will only improve it , as long as you do it smart and avoid danger. (common sense

The reason I ask is : There was a time where I have been very fascinated by KEGELS.

There really many many workout suggestions for the PC muscle :
You all probably heard about most of them :
-start slowly , do 100 quick flexes a day for the first week , than work up to 200 , 500 , 1000 !!? 1500 !?
(seems like endurance training to me , could that bee good ?!?)
-then we have the "multiple orgasms crowd" that suggests : Screw the quick flexes , just squeeze and hold for as long as you can , then repeat.
Well this definetly works and it helped me to learn BRAKING before ejaculation, experience a "DRY" orgasm, then continue.
However , I have to agree with "stillwantmore" - Its not as great as it sounds and I can live without it aswell.
-last but not least there are "doctor approved methods of training the pc for improved sexual performance "
They tell you : NOT to overwork the pc muscle and simply do 20 5-second-kegels 4-5 times a day for atleast 3 weeks untill you will see results from it.
This sounds reasonable compared to doing 1500 everyday, but to be honest I never tried it the doctor way.
Thats all I can remeber - Now, here comes what I learned and experienced from tryng the earlier mentioned methods:
1-The kegel holds definetly taught me to last virtually forever and brake just before ejaculation. I did these for 3 weeks daily as many as I could without exhausting the pc muscle.
The interesting thing is : Even now after 4 month of not doing these I STILL am fully capable of applying the brake just long enough to stop ejaculation. Its really a technique thing , once you learned it , you never forget !!! (atleast true for me)
2- Multiple quick flexes : I did these for 2 weeks, about 500-700 daily. Well the quick flexes actually made a difference in erection angle and strength ! After doing the workout during daytime , I had even harder and higher angled boners in the evening, while at the same time the pc muscle felt a little uncomfortable and exhausted. Also I noticed that these led to more pre-cum dribbling and I had less control over ejaculation (not exactly premature , but close - had to stop thrusting for 10-15 seconds while sex and the continue for some time then stop again and so on...)
Most unfortunate thing about these flexes was : After 2 weeks I took one day off and the other day (great dissapointment) erection angle and strentgh was exactly like before those 2 weeks.
I was pretty disappointed by this, so I stopped them until now.
All I was hoping to get was a little extra edge on my erection hardness and maybe a better angle. I didn't have any erection problems whatsoever before kegels , and I don't have them now.
Damn ! I wouldn't mind doing a pc routine , if I knew it would give more permanent results and not be too time consuming....
