Kegels have to be the best thing to happen to me throughout my enlargement. I am almost twice the size I was when I started Penis Enlargement and my erection angle is straight up. I know it was not this way before Penis Enlargement. JEN and I just had sex and prior to her jumping on the guy we sat there and marveled at in all it's glory. I felt like saluting the fucking thing. :D

They are so easy to get lazy on, put they are one most important things in Penis Enlargement

So how many kegals are you doing these days? I had been led to believe that excessive kegals would over strengthen the pc gland and have a counter effect.

damn dld, twice the dick? that may be what the ruler says, but uou've really got 5x the dick! if you don't believe me, just check out the volume calculator, put your pre-pe measurement and your current size

I like doing kegals, BTW. It's the only Penis Enlargement exercise where I work up a sweat.

It blows my mind too but the only thing I can attribute to my erection angle increase is the PC work I have done. In the beginning of Penis Enlargement and all during the first year I always imagined the bigger I got the lower my angle would be. I mean I almost was reserved to the idea that a penis the size of Lex's or __________ would have to have the same erection angle they have. I have never been harder , longer and thicker than I was last night and it just made Penis Enlargement feel so worthwhile. Sometimes I get so wrapped up into the idiosyncrasies of this whole game that I forget to stop and smell the roses. It really blew my mind last night.
 
yeah if you don't exercise your PC muscles and you got a huge dick it's probably just going to hang down you know? too much weight and not enough PC strength

I always knew that Dr.Lin was talkin bullshit when he claimed that Penis Enlargement and stretching would "unroot" the penis from its base and thus cause low angle erection !Muahah HAHA ! You are the living proof that the complete opposite happens !
Training the penis via NPenis Enlargement - be it stretching/girthwork/pc-work will only improve it , as long as you do it smart and avoid danger. (common sense :) )

The reason I ask is : There was a time where I have been very fascinated by KEGELS.
I read up all the info I could get on the Penis Enlargement Boards and via google search.

Unfortunatly I ran into alot of controversy :

There really many many workout suggestions for the PC muscle :
You all probably heard about most of them :

-start slowly , do 100 quick flexes a day for the first week , than work up to 200 , 500 , 1000 !!? 1500 !?

(seems like endurance training to me , could that bee good ?!?)

-then we have the "multiple orgasms crowd" that suggests : Screw the quick flexes , just squeeze and hold for as long as you can , then repeat.

Well this definetly works and it helped me to learn BRAKING before ejaculation, experience a "DRY" orgasm, then continue.
However , I have to agree with "stillwantmore" - Its not as great as it sounds and I can live without it aswell.

-last but not least there are "doctor approved methods of training the pc for improved sexual performance "

They tell you : NOT to overwork the pc muscle and simply do 20 5-second-kegels 4-5 times a day for atleast 3 weeks untill you will see results from it.
This sounds reasonable compared to doing 1500 everyday, but to be honest I never tried it the doctor way.



Thats all I can remeber - Now, here comes what I learned and experienced from tryng the earlier mentioned methods:

1-The kegel holds definetly taught me to last virtually forever and brake just before ejaculation. I did these for 3 weeks daily as many as I could without exhausting the pc muscle.
The interesting thing is : Even now after 4 month of not doing these I STILL am fully capable of applying the brake just long enough to stop ejaculation. Its really a technique thing , once you learned it , you never forget !!! (atleast true for me)

2- Multiple quick flexes : I did these for 2 weeks, about 500-700 daily. Well the quick flexes actually made a difference in erection angle and strength ! After doing the workout during daytime , I had even harder and higher angled boners in the evening, while at the same time the pc muscle felt a little uncomfortable and exhausted. Also I noticed that these led to more pre-cum dribbling and I had less control over ejaculation (not exactly premature , but close - had to stop thrusting for 10-15 seconds while sex and the continue for some time then stop again and so on...)
Most unfortunate thing about these flexes was : After 2 weeks I took one day off and the other day (great dissapointment) erection angle and strentgh was exactly like before those 2 weeks.
I was pretty disappointed by this, so I stopped them until now.

All I was hoping to get was a little extra edge on my erection hardness and maybe a better angle. I didn't have any erection problems whatsoever before kegels , and I don't have them now.
Damn ! I wouldn't mind doing a pc routine , if I knew it would give more permanent results and not be too time consuming....

That's a rather simplistic reading of the "multiple orgasm" concept, but I realize you're trying to cover a lot of territory in this post. (I'm part of that seemingly ever-growing crowd that uses pc work in edging, i.e., ejaculation control.)

You should use pc strengthening exercises of both types: quick flex and holds.

I had a tantric yoga class in which that was one of our exercises: 30 sharp flexes and then a hold of 30 seconds. Five sets, basically, although the approach isn't as strictly athletic as npe.

Personally, kegeling hard at climax does NOT prevent orgasm for me. Reverse kegeling will.

Don't write off kegels.

I learned that developing strength in that area absolutely increased my ejaculatory control.

Aside from that, however, I believe that the benefits to npe (well-oultined in many other threads) are undeniable. Jelqs and kegels are the basics upon which you can build a great routine.

P.S. Insofar as Tantra is concerned, I'm still learning. And with a much fatter cock.

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
