Hey all,

So I'm in a crappy situation. I have what I believe to be a serious case of ED, caused by PE.
Symptoms:
- Light Spasm in my penis throughout the day. I tried going to bed without pants on last night, and my member spasmed for quite a while.
- Extreme difficulty obtaining an erection
- Awful stamina

Today, I was trying to get an erection during a bathroom break. I took off my Phallson Forte, and tried some dry jelqing. No luck. Tried some light masturbating, without imagination (just trying to get hard from stimulus alone). Pathetic flaccid for 3 mins, then I had the urge to ejaculate. As soon as I got the urge, I had a semi-hard. I stopped, and it spasmed for a bit. I tried to stop-and-start for a while, by barely touching my member made me feel like I was going to cum. The second I stopped stimulating, I would start to loose my "erection."

TBH, I think all of this is caused by my PF usage. I had the exact same problem at the beginning of the year...which I "patched up" by taking a lot of supplements, and doing a lot of kegels in the day. Looking back, this was an absolute awful solution. I have been reading a lot of why over-kegeling is bad, and I'm only 24, so I feel like I shouldn't have to rely on supplements.

My current routine was wearing the PF for about 9 hours, then doing a few Bathmate sets, and doing 30-50 kegels in the bathmate, followed by reverse kegels. Note, that I was going into the BM soft because of the difficulty obtaining an erection. I thought if I could stick this period out, not masturbate or look at ����, then I would eventually get strong erections back. But I've hit my limit...I'm so frustrated and depressed because of this. I even tried taking a couple days off....all that did was left me with a pathetic looking flaccid penis all the time - no morning wood or nothing.\

If I MUST, I will stop using the PF....but I really don't want it to come to that, since I spent a lot of money on it, and I feel like it would be the easiest way for me to gain length and get a longer flaccid.

Please...I desperately need help. I'm trying to keep a clear and level head during all of this but this is awful. I had just gotten to the point of accepting that PE will take daily commitment for a long period of time, and I mentally steeled myself for that. But when I'm even unable to make slow progress, and am rendered unable to have sex...

When watching ���� or having sex and masturbating are you able to get 100% erect? When you say spasm elaborate for me to how exactly this feels. I have never, in all my time, heard of an injury due to BathMate or Phallosan in this way. As a matter of fact the BathMate should increase your eq. Kegels are also so important but if you over kegel you will end up in a fatigued state where eq is difficult. Follow the Kegel routine in the Newbie Routine, this is perfect and will not be overtaxing. So perhaps you are experiencing fatigue. The Phallosan should not cause spasms unless it is a feeling I am not aware of so when you expand on that I can answer. A lot of this might be tied to frustration and disappointment which can also be terrible on eq. Let me know some of these answers and we will get you back into a good place.
 
Thanks for the reply DLD...as for the spasms...imagine you perform a very light kegel. That's what it feels like, and they are uncontrollable and often happen a few times in succession. And they only happen after I started using the PF...I have a suspicion that I have been unintentionally keeping my pelvic floor muscles slightly tense while wearing the PF, which may have led to this problem? So I had been making a conscious effort to keep my pelvic floor muscles relaxed while wearing it...didn't seem to help much. I try to stay away from ����...but even when I watch ���� or have sex, my erections aren't 100%. I've only achieved 100% with the aid of Viagra sadly.
 
I will suggest you stop girth work for now and see maybe it is as a result of over training.

Well I would not say sadly, if this spasm issue is causing fear eq will suffer, in the mean time I would use Viagra. I have a feeling this will pass. I advise stop keeling for now, give yourself a week off from Kegels and lets see where you are at eq wise. In the mean time you can train.

I agree stop the kegels you have most like overworked those muscles and that's a normal response like a cramp in a muscle.

Try massaging the area lightly with some lube and fingers to help it relax.

What most physios do when a muscle is tight. Massage and relax!

Very smart and I will remember this. Overworked muscles will spasm and tighten. Great advice!

Thanks😊. I overworked my pectoral muscle years ago and seen a sports physio. It was spasming also. He told me it was just a strain and overuse injury and gave me a deep tissue masage to get everything loosened up.

Yes, I has a ligament trapped under my clavicle and I had spasms for a year until I went for PT. It was literally hell, every movement was painful and I had such a limited rage of motion.

Curious to know if you have gotten this issue sorted. Do not give up on PE. There is always a learning curve. Most people suffer from weak erection while they are on a PE routine and some times, it is because the routine is too intense or maybe the penis is fatigue. For length gains, get yourself a length master, it is a very addictive device and you won't be wearing it all day like the Phalosan Forte.
