PC Muscle Fitness

You've been doing exactly this workout ?
Each and every day ? For how long now ?

Did you do one after the other or spread throughout the day ?
(like: 100 quick flexes for warm up reasons and becoming aware of the muscle directly followed by the real workout = 50 5 second squeezes and then 1 minute hold !)


Holy SH... it just striked me : Looking at this workout , I realize it covers everything I mentioned in my post above :)

This workout allows you to benefit from the quick flexes, at the same time it builds up pc muscle strength with those 5 second squeezes and finally it gives you static braking power for the multiorgasmic ability with the 1 minute finish hold !

GREAT DLD ! Was it just luck to set up a workout like this or did you make up your mind and combine everything that is good for the pc ?!?! Hehe , obvious answer.....

One of the first things I learned in Penis Enlargement was the importance of training the pelvic floor muscles. This thread really inspired me to start kegeling. Which I too often skip... Another thing: My erection angle is at 11 o clock. But it is very easy to adjust with the hands to 9 o clock. The angle is not very strong but it is there if you see what I mean... It would be so great to have it straight at 11 all the time... Guess that would add a lot of great pressure on the upper wall of the vagina.

Many guys do skip this because it is not a visual gain but believe me when I say it is one of the most important parts of Penis Enlargement. The health benefits are many making it good for penile health. i can hold my pc for 1 hour using music and while resting in my bed. but i wonder, is it really that useful? haven't seen much improvement tho i expected very much. i don't feel very exhausted after a session (i do 1).
i've been thinking to do 5 min holds all the time instead of 1 very long. maybe it's better i dunno.
i'd love to use supra's method using a hanger but i don't have one :p need to be careful spending my precious money. poor student etc. so i'm more fond of the natural PC training.
i can simulate the weight PC training tho by grabbing my flaccid dick, pull it forward and clamp my pc but it's very exhausting for my hand.

any better suggestions?
 
wow you can hold it that long? sure its the pc muscle? do short quick ones with some slightly longer ones keep us posted
 
so is the 12 o clock erection whats the goal for most people if they dont already have it. I have about a 11 normally. I hate it though just because sometimes when i get really hard I cant do weird positions with my lady hehe.
 
I think the hour long pc hold is really good when your stuck in the car and gotta pee.............But the shorter ones seem to be more functional, for what we are looking for. My erection angle was always pretty high above 10 o'clock but now when it feels fuller is closer to like 11:30!!!!
 
Hello Im kinda new to Penis Enlargement have tryed it before a year ago but didn't stick with it, now I am trying again after finding these forums going on 2 weeks now. I had a question on PC excersises. I saw the workout you recomended the 100 quick Kegel squeezes

100 quick flexes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Do you do these at the flacid state or erect? I used to do kegels erect when experimented a yr ago. They would get my dik real sore. I thought this was the only way to do kegels. But it looks like most of these peeps do them flacid. Thats funny b/c basically you could do these about anywhere right? I didnt know that I had to make lots of time to do my kegels b/c they took forever dooing them erect b/c my dik going down after about 4-5 kegels. So if you could give me some advice on which method works best I appreciate it. Also, doing them flacid does make your dik move a little upwards right? I just don't know if I'm doing them right flacid. Thanks for the help

These can be done in either state. Flaccid is more convenient because you can do them anytime or anywhere.
 
Hi again. What I meant in my earlier post was this: It does not matter if you have an angle at 11 o'clock like mine or even higher if it's not fixed at this position. I mean I can easily grab my dick and pull it down to 9 o'clock for example...

I sometimes get confused and when I am jelqing, I will often pump up my semi/flaccid penis by kegel only. Though I cannot get a full erection from this, but it does show that I am exercising the corrent muscle.

Yes it's my PC cause I can move my dick up and down by clenching it. Also I stop the flow of urine with it so it's the PC alright. Here's what I do:

- I get erect
- I clamp my PC and hold it as tight as possible
- Lie down (cause i'm in my bed)
- Put in my earphones
- Enjoy listening 1 hour of game soundtracks.

Has this been effective? The longest I have gone on a single hold or reverse hold is about 5 minutes. I know I could go much longer but I always felt the shorter holds were more effective. I am intrigued by this long hold deal.
 
When I have a really good erection it is kinda difficult to pull it down to 9 o'clock. if it is more than a semi but not fully hard I can do it easily. Definately been affected by PC work
 
Hmmm....to my shame, I don't routinely do kegels. My erection angle has got lower since I started Penis Enlargement because I've gotten bigger without getting much stronger. Excessive stretching does nothing to help either.
At the very most, I can get about a 9:30 angle. This has also made measuring hard because unsurprisingly, I don't want to depress myself by measuring when not as erect as possible. I can keep the PC muscle clamped for a minute, no more.

This is gonna change. For the better.
