Is there any difference or importance in:

1. Keggels before lenght or girth work?

2. Keggels with erection or flaccid?

3. Is it important how you split keggels? 10 now, 30 after 2 hours.... Is intensity important?

Kegels play a critical roll in DLD Blasters and I would say this is where it is most important to schedule them. Aside from that ypou can do them at any time or anyplace throughout the day.

I do kegals all throughout the day, I try to do about 500 a day. Sometimes when driving, or sitting at my computer. Whenever I can.

As far as when to do them during PE. I will do them during many of my girth exercises, but not usually my length.

Definately I feel sour and tired downstairs. Today I will take rest. Maybe only keggels. But even that department feels sour. I did first five days of routine.

I feel improvements. Although deeply depressed lately, this gives me good chills.

And yes, thanks Jake and DLD on replies. Once when I come to States, Im taking you for burrito. 😄

Today I made my training and after my Jelking session I had to break every 40 repetitions to jerk a little to get erection. So I did 7 series of 40 reps.

That worried me a little and also after I finished session I continued masturbating and when I came, there was no "fountain", only spill. Thats not usually how I "finish".

Is this because tiredness of PC muscle?

did my beginners routine for a day. I see improvements in girth, but lehght is still same. My EQ is not good. I have to jerk between jelks and do them 40 by 40. Its not problem while Im in 300 jelks a day, but when I go 600, it will become.

Poor eq can be responsible for length gains not being present To get a good length measurement you will need to be 100% erect. I am happy for you in the girth department. Restimulating yourself during a jelqing session is completely normal.

My EQ is still low. I was only 15 sec fully erect and measured 1/5 inch gain. 😄👍

By the way, I hate upward basic stretches. I dont know how to grip. Nightmare!

Congratulations on the gains! With upward stretching you need to grip with a bit of baby powder and stretch upward even though you feel very little. The reason for this is you are stretching the Tunica, which is the most dense place to stretch.
