Hi, I introduced myself in newbie forum. I think I aske too much question, so I dont spam further I will ask questions here and be patient about answers. I think I have also interesting case, because Im post OP very interested in natural PE.

Im over 30 and never did PE before my operation in start of December 2014. Now I would like to increase the size using my recivery time and continue after it. I think there will be coming guys like me in the forum, so we can dedicate this thread to them.

My questions:

1. How to use my time best after operation, because I can get better gains in these couple of months while im recovering. I think I need to use it wisely.

2. Is 3-4 hours a day of Jes Extenderer enough?

3. What else you recommend me? I would like to do ine session morning and one afternoon.

4. Jelqing before or after JES extenderer?

well if you got a surgery for penis enlargment then...
1.you can use extender at low intensity and slowly increase with time....try doing kegels to strengthen PC muscles and get rock hard erections but dont do many only few a day.....
2.well depends on you cuz you are a beginner and had surgery so i personally would start with less time and increase ......
3.i think you should take it a bit easy on yourself ..
4.always do jelqing and girth workout after a length workout...

since you have had surgery i would suggest take everything at a lower pace and low intensity....if you feel you have no problem with these then pull and jelq as much as you want until you feel a any pain that is discomforting
 
But longterm (next year) taking into account, is three hours enough?

Now im doing 2 x 45 min morning, 2x 45 min evening. Intensive Extenderer stretch. I had 2 week low intensity stretching. I feel ok now.

Im planning to start jelqing and stretsches.

Where I can see kegels routine and how many you recommend?

next year is too far ..maybe in 1-2 months you will be able to use it longer than 3 hours....the more you use extender , the faster you will gain but always take it off evry 30-60 minutes and take a break and then wear again

after you do your 2 sets of extender for 45 minutes ,you should wear a Ace bandage wrap to let it heal in elongated position to cement the gains....
thats a good brother welcome to the "o" of your finger....lol but do the girth work or jelqing separate from length....do all your length work in morning and girth in evening....

well....i dont think you need a routine for kegels as you can do them anytime you want....i do them after a couple of hours of my length workout or during my girth workout after i am done with jelqing.....for starting kegel routine you can see those in the DLD newbie routine also

BUT keeping in mind that you have had surgery......ALWAYS work at your pace and dont rush into anything.....any discomforting pain should be a sign to back off.

I hope I didnt miss something and scar didnt retract too much. I started phase 1 and Jelking today made me huge :D

My question is extenderer before or after jelking?
 
My second day of Newbie Routine (membership first step).

Made warm up, stretches and 300 jelkes.

I will do 3 hour extenderer and kegells in evening.

Still I didnt get reply on question from previous post.

- is it better to use extenderer before or after jelking (later in day)

You will want to use your Extender before girth work (Jelqing). If you wear after your expansion will make it difficult to get a good stretch.
 
Finish alL 4 hours withe extenderer and than do routine step 1, or to do sets - (round of basic stretches, 1 hour extenderer + 100 jelqes) x 4?

OPTION 1. 4 hours Extenderer and than routine 1.

OPTION 2. 4 x (basic stretches, 1 hour extenderer + 100 basic jelques)

Option 1 sounds easier to follow.

I find boring to wear extenderer is it enough Step 1 of your routine only?

So Phase 1 is what you are referring to. You can use a SizeGenetics along side the basic stretching but I would not eliminate the basic stretching for the extender. Both should be used to make the best length gains.

How erection lenght is gained? I think nowhere is excactly explained.

Erection length is gained though the process of cell division and repair. Much in the same way that we tear and breakdown our muscles while we lift weights and they repair and grow bigger and stronger, we are doing the same thing with our PE. The stretching causes micro tears to the tissue in the penis, and as the penis repairs (especially when repairing in the lengthened position) it grows larger like any muscle.

So, thats why is good to do warm up couple of times during a day, as it keeps penis in lenghted position?
