I am practicing NOFAP and semen retention at the time. does this have a negative effect on PE??
As DLD said, doing the stretches after orgasm benefits the gains that;s why i am asking this. my organ keeps turtling so bad and therefore i need the length gains for a longer flaccid

Good for you my brother I’m glad that you were going to practice this. You have many other brothers here trying to do the same including myself. Yes doing stretches after an orgasm is the best time but that doesn’t really help us LOL so you need to reach fatigue in a different way and I will be through over training. Or you can exhaust your pelvic floor muscles by doing many Kegels. Also bundle stretching gives a lot of pliability so you should also practice those stretches.
 
So I've been reading around for awhile and I've been noticing a reoccurrence that people that have been masturbating frequently Havnt gained as much as people that masturbate say once a week. Does masturbation really kill gains?

Lack of intensity in your PE workout kills gains. Lack of consistency kills gains. Masturbation has nothing to do with gains.
