You will learn to last longer as time goes on. In PE many side effects are awesome, one being lasting longer.

I've done kegel routines in the past and they always helped me with control. Then I'd get lazy and forget and it would all go away. I've been pretty good about it for the past month and a half. I drink too much coffee in the morning so when I get to work I switch to lots of water. If I haven't been doing any kegels all day all the water intake reminds me. The Kegel and Reverse Kegel when practiced in the most personal way (since all men respond differently) will work best. In every case it is a combination and timing deal, Kegel and Reverse Kegel. How long to hold one and how much force you put into the other. Some men will find better control using the Kegel alone and the same goes for the Reverse Kegel, it will always be a combination of time and exercise (K or RK or combo).
 
I need to look into the reverse kegel. I want to SHOOT when I cum. I was shooting a bit better the last time I was doing kegels regularly. This time around I want masturbation sessions to require goggles. You know, just in case lol.
