i got the link from �other forum� board,i have to say i agree with the survey in regards to gains and not masterbating.click
 
Well, looks like I might stay away from Mrs.Palm and her five bitches for a while just to see how it goes.
 
ok, erm, surely it's actual ejaculation, not just masturbation that effects gains ie. sex will have the same effect? so wouldn't people who masturbate less, possibly have more sex? if so,what does the survey really tell us?
 
I know that there is a surge of prolactin in the penis following an ejaculation (which is what causes the refraction of the erection). I'm not sure if this has any play in why ejaculation affects gains
 
this is like saying the same thing about guys that have sex all the time, i dont see it to be relavent
 
From what I understand the prolactin causes valves to close that allow blood to into the CC & CS. It is a protection mechanism built in for the penis to keep it from some kind of erection exhaustion causing damage I think. Someone would have to take the time to look into it but that is the basics of it. The lack of blood circulation is probably why gains are limited by masterbation. I can't see why this would hold true for stretching exercises though.
 
i think its true actually well i know it is for me.My gf and have a 2 year old son and i actually had the most gains while she was pregnant.We couldnt have sex at all because she had goll stones.Everytime she tried to go down on me she threw up.when it was time to have reg sex she threw,shit when she ate-woke up she threw up.I didnt go out on her once or jerk off at all--and i seen dramtic results.Funny i actually told her today that i cant buss till sat--because although the kegals and water are helping my sex drive isnt giving me the ummf for the gains i need.2 days is to long for me to go without releasin so its gonna be a long week for me.I did tell her though that she can still go down on me now(tease it)and we can have sex--i just cant cum for a couple of days.

True, consider how much more girth gains increase penile volume, which is what they were measuring, when compared to length gains. Would be interesting if the two were compared.
 
I think I agree with AlbertaBeef. This has to impact girth much more than flaccid stretching.

The penis evokes so much curiosity but this curiosity has a tendency to disillusion us, as men, largely because it is so difficult for us to believe Penis Enlargement works. Since the penis, mainly the LARGE penis, or the potential to get a massive cock, stir up so many feelings of unbelief, non-belief or suspicion to what is right in front of our eyes, we need to examine our real motives for any inquisition.

What I mean and how it applies to this thread is this; We know Penis Enlargement works or we would not be here. We see men gaining everyday, we hear the stories, chat with our fellow members about the gains we make, WE SEE IT but still there is always this nagging doubt that it may not really be working or we somehow have been fooling ourselves to the gains we have witnessed right in front of our eyes. This "magical doubt" that lurks in every man, even more so in a typical Penis Enlargement'er because it includes the penis the center of our physical manhood, this doubt that includes an equally nagging faith that drives us to continue also causes us to read to deeply into something so simple it is sili.

Enlarging the penis, specifically girth, in no way is effected by normal sexual activity. We can read into this topic for months even years, and some of us vets have done so, but still come up with the same answer...We do not know.

What I can say is this; I have studied the penis exhaustively. I have tried every conceivable theory, routine and system around girth. I have listened, read and learned every possible theory and concept from urologists to newbies around girth, Penis Enlargement and sexual activities effects on these topics and my personal theory (or should I say hypothesis) is this; No, sex, masturbation, or any other "normal" sexual activity (look up normal in a conservative dictionary:D) has no effect of gains, but not limited to girth.

When my angel, Jennifer, was still with me I did my girth work right before sex almost everyday. During sex I would ejaculate. I did this for 3 years straight (my first 2 years I spent researching other sex/girth theories) and my girth went from 4.75 to 7 (at it's thickest after training) My length went from 6.5" to 10.5". My erect girth, after no Penis Enlargement for 48 hours, is 6.5" and my non-bone pressed erect length went from about 5.5" to 10".

I am not sure if anyone has made gains like this, or have proven them to my extent, but from m own person experience, I would not change a thing.

But isn't there some possibility, with your gaining potential and time put in that you could have gained even more without masterbation or frequent ejaculation? Isn't there the possibility that you could be near 12 by now without cumming after a workout? Or perhaps your just a freak of nature that isn't affected by this?
 
I think this could be rather easily solved: We take ten willing members from MoS, offer them a free membership or T-Shirt or some such for participating in an experiment, then do the following:

We set up a simple routine that would hit everything: Length, girth, flaccid hang, flaccid girth, ligs, tunica, internal, etc. Nothing complicated, simple stretches and jelqs. I'm not reccomending the newbie routine simply because many members have already used it and exhausted their gains from it.

From there we split the groups up into two sets of five: One group should masturbate on a daily basis, preferably directly following their exercise routine; the other group should masturbate minimally or not at all, that would be at the discression of the corodinator of the study.

We then alot a two month time period: That should allow for some degree of gains while not driving any of the men too crazy. At the end of the two months we compare gains, looking at the lowest, highest and average from both groups; average, of course, being of the most concern.

Then viola! We've got some standardized data! Of course, I would reccomend that we do this with a larger group than just ten people, as that's a very limited population and as the above study suggests: A few 'big gainers' could easily disrupt the data.

Simple, easy and cost effective. I think it's worth a try! :)

Just masterbate and forget about it. You can still gain while still masturbating. So what if you could have gained more. It's still bigger than it was before, right? Wanting more is just being greedy. Be happy with what you have first.

Ya definately. I'm already on my 27th day of not 'ejaculating.' i dont understand the difference between ejaculation and masturbation. Is there such a thing as masturbation without ejaculating? I think, if im not mistaken, thats called 'Edging' and if anything its good for you.

So yes I'm a willing member for this experiment, (at the expense of my gf goin nuts again :p )

Reports of my gains during periods of not ejaculating have been great. Although I MUST stress that there is a huge difference between sexual inactivity and sexual abstinance. Sexual inactivity will most likely have no affects if not itself hindering your growths. However, if you're stimulating yourself to near ejaculation or to an aroused state and THEN refrain, then you are seeing the benefits of this 'torture.'

I'm also a compteting natural bodybuilder so I can offer my input on the effect of ejaculation on the body.

The male hormone, Testrostrone, is what makes us aggressive, physically and mentally. When doing a bulk up routine, to see gains, you need the mental edge just as much as the physical edge. So masturbation or sex for that matter is not recomended. I dont know about you guys but when I cum, i dont give a flying fuck about anythinngggg for a good 5 min, and i seem to justify things being perfectly fine the way they are. This is because of the drop in testrostrone which happens right after ejaculation. Your male nature has accomplished its objective and has no furthur obligations to fullfill.

so that is the mental part which i think is one of the most important things both in BB and Penis Enlargement.

Furthermore, when you have such a dramatic drop in testostrone levels, ALL your connective tissue retracts which is why you're alot more injury prone if you engage in physical activity right after a sexual episode. I'm presuming that such retraction will limit size gains comming from a Penis Enlargement session, both LENGTH AND GIRTH. This is mho but in having gone from 4.5" girth to 6 1/8" I've noticed that just as you work hard in the gym to grow when you rest, you gain the most girth, not during but after your Penis Enlargement session. The remaining blood in your member helps rebuild the micro level damages and hence fills up the space just created, whereas if you had ejaculated, prolactin will be secreted and very little blood will be left in the penile chambers.


Scientifically, what I just said is basically summorized as follows:

The superhormone DHT grows your penis and stimulate your penile cells to multiplcate; neurotransmitter acetylcholine and its derivative Nitric Oxide (NO) constantly dilate the penile arteries for a constant penile blood circulation to supply testosterone/DHT, oxygen and 5-alpha reductase enzyme to the penile tissue; Prostaglandin E-1 allows your penile tissue, nerves and blood vessels to expand and stretch without inducing collagen release; Oxytocin stimulates the testicular function to produce more testosterone and DHT; the cardiosvacular system has to work harder and pump more blood into your penis. Ejaculation will hinder this process.


Now. Whats SOOOOOO IMPORTANTTTTTTTTT my bored felow Penis Enlargement'ers, is that the testostrone curve is a gaussian distribution around the 7th day. what this means is that your testostrone after ejaculation will start to dramatically build up, until the 7th day, and will start to drop off again. Which is again,... bad. So based on this theory some would recomend that its best to ejaculate (with you gf, or with Handrea, Palmla, and Writina) once a week, just make sure it is at least 4-8 hours before or after your Penis Enlargement session.
