Ok Well i have got my LM now little confused what exercises to do...I managed to get my wrapping technique down now by using a Tube bandage i am in Australia so it is a cloth bandage tht works very well i will post a pic for those to see what it looks like..

I started by doing the normal basic stretches with the LM and then i hang for 20minutes...and then Jelq...what other exercises should i be doing??? Also yes my penis is sore and deep soreness...it is very good...i am a little sore from the compression but my penis will get used to that i am sure..

Would just like some new exercises...i knw DLD u have said just experiment but can you give us an idea when you will be posting video tutorials on the LM...just like you have with the power assist..
Anyway it is fantastic and i would recommend it...thanks DLD and Red for all of your information it is very informative and i enjoy reading the posts and threads.. take care guys happy Penis Enlargementing...

Adam, I am from Massachusetts but I get to Miami and DC pretty often.

The routine I suggest is SPANKYDOG's. Here is a copy of his LM Routine:

5 minute rice sock warm up.
10 minutes of light hanging using the hanging attachment. I hang 20 pounds as a warm up.
Then I attach the Buncle attachment and I do the following:

5 Twist stretches to the right and held straight out for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
5 Twist stretches to the left and held straight out for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
5 Roll Stretches upward 30 seconds each
5 Roll Stretches back between the cheeks again for 30 seconds each.

I finish the routine using the Power Assist A-Stretches. Basically I follow the DLD Blaster theme using the Assister.

Finish up with another warm up for 5 minutes.

I also sometimes find tht my gland gets very sore when it is in the hanging attachment and when i start to use the bundle attachment i start to stretch and it is ok but then it gets so sore that i cant stretch anymore..I am thinking this will just take time for the gland to get used to it..

Anyway DLD it is a very good stretch and i am getting a good deep burn..hope you are well and you are busy..

If you are ever in Australia let me know..You would enjoy Australia i think...i have been to Miami and DC a few times would love to go to Boston oneday..

yo dld, lemme trip u out. at dis point i've felt fatigue in my ligs after about 2 days of using the LM. last nite i got done using the LM and went to go pee, i felt this sharp pain in the area that's below ur balls but b4 ur azz. like u can press on it and u can feel ur pc muscle flexing. in that area i jus felt this pain and i had to stop peein for a quick sec. now i dont kno if the LM is stretchin places dat i've neva stretched b4 or wat but i dont kno if i should be encouraged or discouraged. good thing i have my daughter for a week so i wont be able to do anymore pe until she goes back home. wat u think about dis?

It sounds like you are somehow stretching deep internal penis. What are the stretches you are doing? You may be doing an exercise that is effectively stretching deep tissue, which could mean very fast gains. If this is a new area of stretch you may have to approach it with some "newbie-ness" and take things slow. Take a few days off and try it again with less intensity, try to feel where the stretch is coming from, understand any muscle movement and stretch with more intensity as you become more familiar with the stretch.
 
bossalinie--I get the same fatigue in the PC floor area when I pull in the SU position. Not to the point that you're describing where it's painful to urinate.

DLD is correct about having a "Newbie-ness" approach because the LengthMaster has a much stronger hold (grip) than you could ever have manually. Always learn to feel the exercise on first introduction. Don't over work the area to the point it doesn't have enough time to recover from it before your next session.
 
well 80% of the time, i'm stretching straight out and straight down, and btc. the other 20% im stretches straight up and doin sum roll stretches. then i'll sumtimes hang for about 10 mins

I suggest, when you start again, to stick with the Bundled attachment strictly for the first few weeks until you are completely comfortable with it. You can add in hanging later.

Do you plan to make some modifications to the LM from the different feedbacks you've had ?

Do you have any fresh news about the girth attachment also ?

yo fellas, i don't kno if this has already been said already but i have a problem wit tryin to bundle my dick one or two times usin the LM master. so wat i'm doing now is wrapping my dick and then bundling it once or twice and then putting it inside the LM and stretching. yo i didn't even have to stretch hard in that state becuz the stretch wuz so intense.

We will make modifications if they become pronounced enough by other users.

The girth attachment is still being created. We are waiting on different parts and are still brainstorming. When I have new info I will let you know.
