Hello :)
I'm very new here, so I thought I'd pop on and introduce myself before letting loose with the inevitable torrent of questions that I will have as I continue my journey. In all honesty, I haven't been in a very good place emotionally for quite awhile. About 3 years ago, I decided to move back to where I grew up because my father had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and it had begun to really progress noticeably. Last year we had to have him involuntarily committed to an assisted living facility, so there was even worse family drama to deal with. To move back "home" I ended up leaving a job that I loved and taking a job that, well I don't hate it but it's not wanted for my life. I moved from a place where I had really good social circle of friends to a place where I don't really know anyone (I grew up here, but had been away for over 25 years). I also ended my last long term romantic relationship about a year before I moved here. So, I'm 43 years old, alone, probably depressed a lot, in the worst physical condition of my life, and just generally not in a good place. The good news is that I've reached a point where I can't take it anymore, so change has to happen -- thee's not other option for me.

There's a lot in my life that I can't control, but there are things that I can. I know that I have a lot of work to do to rebuild my self esteem and create the life that I want. Since I have to start somewhere, i've decided to transform my body. I'm going to make a completely new, and better, person on the outside as I work to rebuild the person on the inside.

I purchased a power rack and weight set, and I've just begun the stronglifts 5x5 fitness program. New years is something of a goal date. I want a new body and a new spirit to start the next year. So I will build strength, muscle (look better), and fitness over the next several months through the 5x5 program.

The next aspect of my physique transformation, and why I'm here obviously, is Penis Enlargement through MOS. I'm very committed to this. Currently my Erect Length is exactly six inches and my girth is about 4.5 inches. So I'm average in length, slightly less than average in girth as a starting point. My goal size is to be 8 inches in length and 6 inches in girth. I want to accomplish this in as short a time as possible without risking injury. But I also know that this is a commitment. 6 months, a year, two years....it doesn't matter. I'll get there. I have to believe that it's possible and know that I can achieve it. When I really want something, i can be quite stubborn in my pursuit of it. Still, as I said, the next new year is going to be something of a marker for my progress, so I'll be excited to see how much I can gain by then. 1/2 an inch? an inch? we'll see.

I have to run to work now, but I do have some questions that I'll post later this afternoon. I'm very excited about what the future holds for me now, which is a good feeling to have again.

Well... Grav...WELCOME!!! you found the perfect place to commit to self improvement! because although this is a P.E (Penile enlargement) forum, the truth is it's a mecca of of different topics, idea's and support. We are all here to help each other, and your goals will be accomplished, just as long as you stay committed.
I'm very sorry to hear about your father and the unfortunate events that have come along with his illness, but If i could say anything about what you've told us , it's that you are a great person and deserve to live a happy and fulfilled life.
There's actually something pretty awesome here, we both started at the same size 6x4.5, im now currently 7'' bpel (erect length) and 5.5 eg (erect girth) and to be honest with you I just came off a year and a half hiatus and befor that I never really stuck to anything except the MOS phase 1 routine, and after that I developed a clamping routine that brought huge girth in just a few short months, so in all actuality beside about 3-4 months of commitment ive been very spotty and made great gains!
I made all my length 1'' in 1 month and after I figured out my own routine for girth they came rolling in, in just a few months but since then I haven't really been trying to make gains in fact I didn't even do any for almost 2 years , I was just enjoying the new size with different women, but now im back.
it might sound kinda funny but MoS will become a re-accuring theme in your life.
As far as the body and fitness, I recently (this will sound durastic) decided I had enough being fat, so I found myself searching for a fix, well there is non, and although your on a great path with the exercise, it's diet were most people fail, and it's key to a healthier younger you.
so I ended up searching for health rather than a diet (weight loss plan) and I found the healthiest diet on the planet , it's called ''fruitarian'' or '' low fat raw vegan'' now there are a host of advantages to a completely plant based low fat diet , but as for weight loss and energy I have never felt so great!
I don't want to go to far into it , but if your interested check some of these people out on youtube: runningraw, freelee, durianrider, these guys are all older and in better shape than any young guys out there! you will get ripped!

jekyllnhyde360: That's interesting that we both started from the same stats. Your 1 inch gain in a month is incredible. I hope that I can do as well. It's at least something for me to aspire to! As for diet and nutrition, I appreciate the links but I have the opposite problem I think. I'm skinny. For the next two weeks i'm focused on getting my exercise routines to be, well just that, routine...something I don't have to think about. Then I'll focus on adjusting my nutrition. For me it's going to be about eating more calories to build mass, but also eating more health promoting foods (no more junk food except on my 1 "cheat" day). I'm going to be trying to add about a 1000 healthy calories to my diet each day, and eating smaller meals more regularly throughout the day (5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 big ones). I think that may also help with my Penis Enlargement regimine, making sure that I'm eating enough food to grow new cells :).

DLD: Yes, I've been reading through the site and the forums the past couple of days trying to get a proper plan formulated. There is SO much information here, it's a bit overwhelming. :) My current plan is to start with the newbie routine for 6 weeks to condition my penis for future growth. Then do the 1" in 12 weeks routine, and then finish with full on SRT until I reach my goals.

Also, even starting with the newbie routine, I want to supplement my Penis Enlargement regimen with the Sizegenetics extender and the Bathmate (which have now both arrived :).

My thinking is that during my newbie phase I will start out with 2 hours/day in the SG extender, and add 2 hours/day every week until i'm using it 8-10 hours/day
and to start with the Bathmate in the morning, doing a 10-15 minute session before my shower. Then in a couple of weeks adding a 10-15 minute session in the afternoon when I get home from work, and finally a couple of weeks later adding a final 10-15 minute session with the Bathmate before going to bed.

Does all that seem reasonable to you? My concern is about using the Bathmate too much, can it be overused?

So now for my questions

I plan to do the Newbie routine in the morning upon waking or immediately after my weightlifting workout on days I lift. (I know that I stick to a workout regimen best if I get it over with early, so I want to get that psychology working for me as much as possible.) Should I do my Bathmate session before doing the newbie routine? or after it? or is it a mistake to do them so close together?

Also, is it o.k. to go straight into the SG extender after the Bathmate routine? Or should I start that after letting my penis rest a bit? I'm a teacher, so I do have breaks between classes when I can run into the bathroom to remove or put on the SG extender as needed if putting it on later in the day would be better.

Hey man, welcome to MOS. As jekyllnhyde said, not only is MOS the best place to learn about Penis Enlargement, it's also a great place to talk about or gain knowledge on almost any topic.

As for your Penis Enlargement questions-

"Can the Bathmate be overused"

It can, but a 10-15 minute session shouldn't be too much. A good way to tell if you are over-pumping is if you get a lot of fluid retention. The goal is to get as much tissue expansion as possible without getting too much or any fluid retention. The best way to get rid of fluid retention is to superset your jelqs and Bathmate. For example, if you planned on doing 10 minutes of jelqs and 10 minutes of Bathmate, then you can do 5 minutes jelqs, 5 minutes Bathmate, 5 minutes jelqs, 5 minutes Bathmate. This is much easier to do if you do it in a bath, instead of the shower. Hence the name "Bathmate".. but it's really up to you.

You should do your Bathmate after your jelqs, or superset them if you like. DLD has a newbie routine for the Bathmate here, which is basically the same as the newbie routine but with a Bathmate session at the end of your jelqs and also adds in HardCore Stretches

"Is it a mistake to do length and girth so close together?"

You can do your length and girth work together if you like. However, in SRT (you can implement SRT theories into any routine), we do our length and girth routines at different times. This allows you to heal after your length routine "extended", and heal after your girth routine "expanded". It's harder to do both at the same time. You will heal "extended" with your SizeGenetics, or Uncle Jim's Wrap. You will heal "expanded" with a cockring.

"Is it ok to go straight into the SG after Bathmate routine"

You can if you want, but not many guys would recommend it. The Bathmate will expand you and make it harder to get a good stretch in the SG.

Feel free to start a progress log to keep track of your progress and write notes if it will help you with your Penis Enlargement and motivation. I know it does me.

I also want to say that doing your Bathmate/any kind of girth work directly after your gym workout is bad. When you workout you're pumping blood into your muscles, so when you come home and do girth work, you're not going to get as much blood into your dick because you just pumped your muscles with blood. You could do something like this-

Morning:
Length routine
Uncle Jims Wrap/SG directly after length
Gym (I don't suggest wearing your SG to the gym).

Night:
Girth work/Bathmate
cockring directly after girth work

Hey Grav. Welcome to the brotherhood.

Check out my kitchen sink routine, linked in my sig below.

You can do a Bathmate session as a super warmup for length. Get the penis tissues all smashed from inside out, flexible and pliable...

Then do your basic stretch routine. (After a month or two add more intense stretches you've learned, throw the kitchen sink at it!)

After stretches, then go into your SG as long as you can. High tension stretching.

If you find you can't do SG on the job, try lock hang with baggy pants?
Or a bungee style ADS like absilicon or similar.
Something to up your tension stretching into hours after length routine.

Then after work do your girth routine, including Bathmate session, jelqs and SSJs. Add whatever crazy girth stuff you like... then put on (or leave on) cockring for hours of healing extended, even into sleep.

OR. Reverse that with AM girth and PM length. Yes do Bathmate in both. Really, its a great warmup for length.


Around your weightlifting, I like to have a good preworkout meal to provide "fuel to burn". Mix of fats, protiens and carbs. I go heavy on protien, even adding a protien shake.
Same post workout.
I like the stronglifts program. Makes perfect sense. Be sure yo start with 0# to learn form. Watch vids too.

On second thought, being a teacher, do length in AM and any ADS you can. Don't do girth then wear cockring in front of class. Can't be having random woodies. Could be end of career.

So find an ADS that gives a gentle pull all day. I use allergix's wrap technique for my lock hanging and SG too.

Dld says the Mos store is pending a big load of new Penis Enlargement gear soon, including an ADS. So I'm waiting to get that once available.

As far as the long term relationship ... just go do things you're in to. Keep active. While you're there doing... say, city softball league? You'll make friends with those guys. And women tag-along friends who come to watch (fans=interest in this activity)... and get introduced... so do you. Go do things you are personally interested in this activity. Try things. Enjoy things in the community. Church. Martial arts class, archery, cooking? Meet people there.

AndroidR: I had somehow missed the newbie routine with the Bathmate modification. That looks great. Thanks so much for pointing it out to me. Your approach of splitting the two types of workouts seems very reasonable to me. I think I'm going to try something along those lines.

Loveherdeeply: Thanks for the advice. You're right that being a teacher does present some challenges. I think I may be able to get away with wearing the SG along with some looser pants during my work day. I'm going to have to experiment with it a bit first. And yes, I do know that a relationship isn't just going to fall in my lap. For the time being, I'm focused on this short 4-months-ish self improvement journey. There are changes that I really feel i need to make in my life, and in who I am as a person. Actually starting a relationship now would be an unwelcome distraction, I fear. Stronglifts and Penis Enlargement are just part of my focus, i'm also working to build a more attractive lifestyle on many other fronts. I'm working through some programs to improve conversational skills and self confidence (I'm a bit of an introvert, working to change that), learning about some PUA stuff, etc...I even spent 2 weeks vacation doing a massive "spring cleaning" of my house (think Monk :). But your right, I do know there will come a time in the not distant future when I just have to get out of my comfort zone and get out and meet lots of women. It's a numbers game.

Unfortunately, I'm really handicapped by two things. One, I'm an atheist living in the buckle of the bible belt. That makes long term dating much harder. There have been a number of times that I've started dating a girl, and she seems quite into me, then somewhere around the 5th or 6th date we have the religion conversation, and that basically ends the relationship before it can really begin. The other thing is that I have ZERO desire to have children. Actually, 0 might imply that I don't care either way; I should probably use negative numbers to indicate how strongly I don't want to have children. That makes finding a relationship almost impossible, because so many women just want to make babies. It's very hard to find women who share those values. In fact, my last two long term relationships were with women who were physically unable to have children. Had they been able to have children, I don't know that we would have ended up together. But, 3 billion or so women on the planet, probably a few of them are out there that might be compatible with me. As I said, a numbers game, just have to meet them. It's been very discouraging, but I'm determined that if I end up dying alone, it won't be because I didn't try to do better. But first i'm going to get my proverbial house in order so that I can make my best effort to find a woman worthy of the great person that I'm becoming. :)
 
I get ya bro. My idea, if marriage does fall apart, is to date older instead of younger. Your age women should have kids from 1st husband by now... dating younger will hit the want kids gals.

Ill sugggest meetups.com. should find your athiest clubs there. Or start one.

I appreciate the kind words. :) From the, "crap I can't win" department I went to the dentist yesterday for what I thought would be a routine filling replacement, and discovered that I have to have massive, painful, expensive, and time consuming dental work ASAP. And the timing couldn't be worse for so many reasons, not the least of which is that I really want to get some momentum going in my self improvement journey...because change is so dad-gumed hard. There was a time that something like that would have set me off and derailed my efforts. But, other than occasionally whining about what a pain in the ass (del) (del) (del) mouth it's going to be, I'm really taking it in stride. I really don't care what happens to me. Sickness, injury, or any manner of bad circumstances. I may have setbacks but NOTHING is going to derail me. I'm going to make it to my goals or die trying. And I don't mean that in a dramatic way, just that I've made the decision to change and I'm not ever giving it up. :)

It pains me to see people give up so fast. The brother who created this thread disappeared right after creating it. I wish people can dedicate more time to doing PE. It works perfectly.
