I went thru similar situation when I received my Bathmate and kaplan penis pump. This is the problem . Like you say you feel like you're not getting the best from your workout . Is she upset by your bigger penis ?

I bet she is more insecure about the changes and how it will effect her. A larger penis, to some women, may make them worry that their man will cheat on them.

If she's asking those kinds of questions, I'd say she's open to having an honest conversation about it. Why not take that chance and tell her exactly why you're doing this? Why not clear all her doubts and fears?
I'm not saying it will be an easy conversation. It could be so, or not. But I'm sure it will be worth it. Just remember that a relationship is built up on taking some things and letting go of others. It's up to you two, as a couple, to come to an agreement as to who takes what and who lets go of what.

Maybe go down the route that its more a penile health thing, helps with EQ / libido and general circulation etc?
 
It's just hard to tell what kind of response you'll get. You could lie and say you had peyronies disease and you have been doing exercises to fix that. One side effect of the work outs is that it makes your penis bigger. Just act really embarrassed about like you don't want to say what your doing. lol
