my homemade extender again not the best device but it gets the job done. I will post pictures of my homemade length master soon, as I still have to tune and shape it more. The length master is by far the hardest to make and most time consuming of all three of these. It is not as easy as it looks to make a good length master! I'm starting to get feed up of sanding, measuring, cutting, and shaving but I did a test today and let me tell you its a way better and easier stretch than just hands :).kudos to DlD and whom ever helped him make the length master.

hah not much going on with my dick yet but I'm gonna post any gains I get as I measure pretty frequently. I can't see me not gaining so I'm getting excited.
 
Increased hanging weight from 5.5 lb to 8 lbs. a bigger jump then I wanted but smallest weights I got is 2.5 lbs. I would only recommend people to increase by 1 lb at a time. It gives me a better stretch at 8 lbs for sure. As for the extender I'm still at 6.75 to 7 inch flaccid stretch.
 
I measure my erect length today look like a gain I don't know if its temporary gain or not but I'm going keep going!
Erect non boned press sitting 7 inch's
Erect non boned press standing 6.5 inch's were it was 6.4 inch's before standing!
erected boned pressed sitting 7.5 inch's
its starting to look good!

Just moved up the hanging weight from 8lb to 10 lb starting to get pretty intense stretching feels good! well post any new changes, and thanks Oe13it for the motivation man!
 
I started at 10 lbs. Built a captain wrench. Used a bigger cable cuff to clamp a 10lb kettle bell to it. Sit o. The toilet with legs on the ledge 20 min a time, so its btc.

Anyone know how to keep from twisting other than just resetting? It twists left or right sometimes when hanging. Anywaybi like this way better than manual, wish i did it years ago. Gonna do it everyday.
 
the only thing I cold do to help it from twisting is making sure it is set up right get in your position stay as still as possible and holding on to the weight ever so often to prevent it from twisting.
 
sorry nvered had access to the internet lately but Im 7 inch non bone pressed standing and Im at 19 lbs hanging an hour a day and still using the extender. It is getting tougher and more harder to complete my sets bit I gained half a inch so im happy and going for more!

have slacked abit on the routine but im up to 20 lbs hanging though. i have gained flacid close to 5 inch flaccid now.

Being consistent is very important and this is fueled by motivation. Since you have gained already without perfect consistency you can see what being consistent would do.
 
Sorry guys I never had much time to keep up with the routine but I just bought a bib hanger and started hanging again mostly swinging and hanging 10 lbs right now. And still doing mannuals and extender. I had lost a 1/4 inch gain so I'm 6 3/4's but I have gained flaccid length. I'm also using uncle Jim's wrap from time to time. Doing bathmate every second day. SSJ and 5 minute pump. 5x5x3 set then a cockrinv behind the balls with edging.sometimes I throw in some crushers with the hands pressing the penis flat agaisnt a counter. Not taking any breaks as I want to keep going and not get lazy. I also seemed to have added more girth which is always nice :).I have add erect jelqing and stretching everyday and even erect behind the cheeks stretches, which I'm not gonna recommend but I can tell u I have a strong penis its well conditioned Hehe.I feel the erect stretching going deep with the penis. I also do erect bathmate stretches I like them but I mostly point the bathmate downward agaisnt the balls lying in the bath tub as I got a golaith bathmate and don't want to suck my balls in.

thanks DLD some days I cant do the full routine as it makes my penis quiet sore so I do a lighter routine and or bathmate. Im really feeling good fatigue and base soreness so Im hoping the best.

No problem. I never heard of erect behind the cheeks. So I figured why not. My penis is well conditioned in my opinion as alot of regular stretching doesnt give me a good burning or deep stretch that Im looking for :). Anyone brave enough to do erect behind the cheeks should do the stretches slowly as to avoid injury.
