I've got tons of faith in expressive stretching.Sadly I wont be practicing them; I didn't watch my intensity increment, and now my head stings if I squeeze enough. It's specially tender on the left side of my ridge I bearly have to depress at all! I know it's soreness will heal in time since its all meat. I just hope I don't need to decondition for more than a month for it does hurt in a bad way. But then again it could only take half, however I will need to start back really slow probably noob routine. I know that sounds drastic but its really nothing more than a reality check for me. Please be disciplined in your training.
 
I'm wondering what's the difference between the SSJ and die Isolated Compression Squeeze? They look the same to me.

The Isolated Compression Squeeze performs a similar function but it moves up and down the shaft with each compression while the SlowSquashJelq remains in one position and compresses, which makes it a better exercise because it does not loose blood flow in movement.
