So I'm curious of what you guys think are the most powerful manual (hands only) girth exercises? Also is it possible to gain length from exercises that target girth?
 
SSJ - slow squash jelq is a great manual girth exercise. Also the new size blaster exercise will target girth and length. Check out the threads for the exact way to do them.
 
Yes both the SRT Size Blaster and the Slow Squash Jelqs are very advanced, powerful manual exercises. Length will be effected by girth but in a minimal sense, but the SRT Size Blasters are a dual exercise that target both length and girth equally.
 
I've been doing the SSJ for a couple weeks now. What are the thoughts on combining these two in one exercise? Like alternating from one to the other?

Supersets are the smartest ways to make gains. Every routine I write depends on the Superset scenario and this has made all the difference in the world. SRT is a perfect example of this.

Would definitely make for a killer girth workout bro, be sure you're pretty well conditioned to girth work if you're supersetting the ssj and supra slammers.

I would clamp lightly after a manual girth session session as well. Just tight enough to restrict blood flow out of the penis but not prevent the flowin and out of blood completely so you can remain clamped. This is a great way to heal in an engorged state.
 
Watch out for blue dick it means lack of oxygen and cell death you should have a sweet flaccid hang after girth anyhow
 
SSJ, size blaster and don't forget jelqing is one of the best traditional method. It brings blood onto the new developed cells in the penis and fill it up with blood and make the penis bigger. It is one of the girth exercise that cannot be ignore! If you have a Bathmate, Life will be easier. I pretty much just do SSJ, Jelq and Bathmate :)

Black tissue means cell death. avoiding tissue damage while clamping is very easy which is fortunately why I don't think there has been a thread on here about anyone who practices clamping causing any long term tissue damage. Most common issue just being decreased EQ and that's just associated with going to hard.

Any who tries long periods of clamping just be sure to find that sweet spot where you aren't clamping to tightly. The longest period I have clamped for is 5.5 hours (just like wearing well fitted cock ring) without removing it. Talk about an awesome heavy hang!!!

So if I'm aiming to achieve both girth and length gains, do you think it would it would be better to do a day targeting girth, then a day toward length?

Or separating focusing one for a week at a time?

Like a week toward girth, a week toward length and alternating between the two like that?

I seen in a video that you (DLD) believe girth and length work should be separated into two separate sessions.

I really only have time to do PE in the mornings before work.

If you want to split your routine into separate length and girth sessions and you can only train in the AM I suggest doing each every other day. So your routine could look like this:

Monday - Length
Tuesday - Girth
Wednesday - Length
Thursday - Girth
Friday - Length
Saturday - Girth
Sunday - Off

This can be made in anat order and with or without a rest day, it would depend on how you react to the training.
 
I experience this some times after using the bathmate, having a purplish or black discoloration about midway up the penis. I do Jelq each time after using the bathmate and that discoloration go away. Is that an effective way to eliminate that issue? I have no problem becoming erect, or staying in an erect state.

This is the accepted method of reducing discoloration and undue water retention. It also acts to bring great expansion to the tissue instead of bloating from water. In the whole of PE it is always best to combine tools with hand work to maximize the good and minimize the bad. Even men who wear the SizeGenetics work in manual stretching as a part of their routine as each exercise hits a new angle that gains could be dwelling. In PE it is about covering as many bases as possible to make gains in the fastest manner.
 
A question about slow squash jelqs and SRT size blasters.....do they offer the same benefits as jelqing does...the stronger erection and all that?
Also....with slow squash jelqs...the fact that I have to bend my dick downwards wud that give my dick a downward bend when it's erect?
 
Yes, either of those will give you better erections if you do them properly. If you want to give yourself a curve then regular jelq in the direction you want to curve. But since ssj involve "rolling" the trapped blood between your hands you shouldn't develop a bend
 
I know for a fact that Ulis and Uli#3 wil bring length gains as it was reported by many people, also Trapped bends will bring length gains too because you're streching the tunica in an engorged state witch makes the strech come from the inside of the penis, I don't know if that makes sense but think about taking one of thowse long cucumber shaped ballons filled with air and bending it with your both hands, the presure of the air(blod for the penis) will create a massive elongation in the outer wall of the baloon, same goes with erect bends just make sure you trap your blod into the penis by squizing at the base with the lower hand.

However don't try this if you're a newbbie as trapped bends is an EXTREME girth exercises because of the insane presure it creates in the penis.
