I'm somewhat let down by the impression that my gains always seem to come to a halt whenever I go on with a new exercise for more than 2 or 3 weeks. I had very fast initial gains with the classic jelq in my beginner phase (0.25" in 4 weeks). After that I had 3 month break because of an injury. So I resumed my workout at the beginning of this year, continually implementing SSJs. That induced a second growth boost, that brought me another quarter inch. But during the last 4 months or so I wasn't able to recognize or to measure any progress. Sometimes I doubt my perception and even more my measurements, since I'm always not so sure If I measure at the same EQ level, at the same point of the shaft etc (length is so much easier to measure!). the numbers tend to oscillate within a certain spectrum.
I guess It would be smart to buy a cock ring for various reasons (healing, simplifying the execution of certain exercises), but what I could I do beyond that? Is it possible, that my dick accommodates very fast to specific stimuli? Anony else have this problem?
Also I'd appreciate some brainstorming-like input about the most effective girth exercises you've made experiences with (besides SSJing and classic jelqs). I'm a bit into clamping now after having read Jkobs success story with the ebony cutie:cool: But I only do them manually and for about 2-3 minutes.
What about the girth blasters routine by DLD (and modifications of it)?
