Hey everyone, I see that so many people have trouble gaining girth. I wouldn't say I've been lucky to gain a good amount of girth because I've worked really hard at it, but I think I might be able to help.

What I've noticed is essential for girth gains is to push beyond the limits of what the tunica can handle. A guy can have strong erections his whole life and not see any gain in size whatsoever. That tells you that you need to really push it to see a gain. Luckily you can judge this by the way it feels at the end of a workout. An effective girth workout that has stretched the tunica enough for gains should give you a distinct feeling, a moderately intense soreness. At that point any more squeezes or jelqs should feel too sore to continue. Like you are punishing it beyond what it can handle for the day. If don't feel any changes in the tunica after a workout, then you have not stressed (stretched) it enough to make a permanent gain!!

I have been using this as a guildeline for my workouts with great success. I started at 5" EG whole shaft. Now it's at 6.25-6.5 base, 6 mid, and 5.75 upper. The last 4 months I've been focusing on the upper shaft with clamped dry jelqs squeezing at the top of the 'reps', and have gone from 5.25-5.75. Also keep in mind I often clamp twice a day, for a total of an hour a day. My workouts may sound brutal but hey, 'no pain no gain' holds true for everything. I get no discoloration or any other bad side effects because the weaker tissues in the penis will adapt over time and allow for serious training that will give you gains.

Makes a lot of sense. Just like what Bib preaches for length. Go by fatigue as the indicator for good work out.

I remember your posts from about a year ago, where your routines was really intense. I have wondered wether that paied off. Now I know that it did. Your present girth stats is what I have as my target when I start going for girth. As of now, I'm focussing on length only due to constraints in available time.

Did your routines pay off equaly well in the length department?

Very interesting stuff. quijjiboo, what does your clamping routine consist of? I couldn't find any mention of it in your routines and progress. Also, don't you pump?

I would agree with that, plus sometimes you might feel what I can only describe as a internal soreness in the penile chambers.
 
I don't necessarily agree that soreness is what you're after. It should probably read something a long the lines of a soft supple feeling when not completely erect. My best workouts never result in any soreness but I have a soft very supple feeling in the tissues. This state is when I feel I have had a good girth session, as I usually hang a bit heavier and longer afterwards.
 
I know exactly what you mean by 'fatigue' and most of the times I do Penis Enlargement I feel it and its amazing. Whats horrible is the very next day while doing my exercises. I dont know how to exactly describe it. my penis is hard without being errect. its as if the Tunica is hardend in a way and it makes a very bad Penis Enlargement session. Any idea how to avoid this or why this happens?
 
BusyMan: Thanks for noticing, I have made good length gains (2") but I'm focusing on girth now. The same principle should apply for length, if you want to see appreciable gains there has to be enough stress. You're right Bib found that hanging to the point of fatigue and beyond was the way to go for gains, should be no different for either type of Penis Enlargement.

Baraka: I do 20 minutes clamping in the morning, and 40-60 minutes in the evening. The whole time while clamped I edge and do jelqs/squeezes. I pump for maybe 20 minutes afterward.. it feels REALLY sore at that point its hard to keep pumping but I do, I think it contributes.

Vaseline I'm not sure what's happening there. If you pump, try doing a light pump session before doing girth, I've noticed that always puts it in a good state for a workout.
 
I have gained 3/8s to 1/2 in about 4 months doing daily hardcore girth. That is cemented non-ped gains as I haven't done any pe in weeks, not post pe pump that some get confused about. I don't stop the session until I feel sore. No need to watch a clock or anything. I used to have a big problem of having to stop due to fulid buildup before I could reach fatigue but I found solutions to that and worked past it.

It dosen't really matter what exercises you do, that is not important at all. What is important is that you do them at enough intensity and duration, this is where gains are found. It seems to me the whole community is way more focused on finding a specific exercise that will make gains rather than actual knowledge on how to make gains. Im sure alot of people will look over this thread and not realize that the most important thing you could ever learn about pe is in this thread, but oh well dosen't bother me one bit.

very inspirational post Q!!!! i do some clamping myself and you have just given me extra motivation to push it harder for girth results. what were your length routines like??

Couldn't agree any more. It looks like we are on the same wavelength. I'm not surprised you've gained as much as you have, nice going.

mk28 I've done mostly SD hanging and A-stretches for length. It's been really inconsistent, but a typical workout would be 20 minutes of A-stretches followed by an hour of hanging. I have a hard time hanging for multiple hours everyday, maybe because I use what feels like heavy weight for me.

well i started at 5.8"x4.5", about 4 years ago, and am at 7.6"x6", but i was very inconsistent w Penis Enlargement,and id do one month on and like nothing for months to follow. First of all i noticed if i did Penis Enlargement for a month while cumming, i wouldnt make much gains, but for about 3 different months, with gaps in between, i did Penis Enlargement 5 days on 2 days off, without comming, and on average i'd gain 1/4" in length. until this summer, when i realized doin Penis Enlargement jus like that wont give any hardcore results.

so i've been doing pe since july consitantly and this month, im on day 7 of not cumming, so i will keep you guys posted on my results.

the thing is i have made NOTHING, no gains whatsoever in length the past couple of months. I jelq, and i hang for 3-4 sessions a day each at 15 mins. and i've bought an extender, but i can wear it for a maximum of 2-3 hours a day due to school and work. my girth however went from 5.5 (when measure with one hand at the base squeezing to maintain the erection as i cant get FULLY erect just to measure the girth, it subsides to a semi errect state by the time the tape touches it) to more than 6" (15.3 cm). so i'm on my way of developing a tuna can for a dick.. can any1 help me? <:(

i've been reading alot about 'clamping' i was wondering if you could give me some information on it, SPenis EnlargementCIALLY on where to buy this clamp? and whats the name of it if i go to a hardware store.

Vaseline_Knight, its called "The Cable Clamp" and you can get it at Wal-Mart in the section where they have the extension cords and such. It'll come in a four pack, 2 small ones and 2 medium sized ones. They're relatively inexpensive, about $3-3.50. Also you don't need a cable clamp to clamp, just use your hands by making an OK sign at the base of your penis.

extension cords for electircal devices?

and ya but my wrist starts burning VERY fast, and i dunno i get tired after a while. does every1 feel this fatigue in their wrist and grip?
 
Hey Vaseline_Knight. Yes, extension cords for electronic devices. How fast do your wrist start to burn? When I first started clamping with my hands, I would go 1-2 minutes with one hand before switching off to the other. As you get used to clamping with your hands you will start to get stronger and clamp longer with no problem.

- Do you do girth exercises everyday?
- When you soreness the penis do you have erections problems?
- Do you use rest days?
