This is kind of complex. Yes, women seem to prefer girth possibly because a wider penis puts more pressure on the vagina. However, many women say that small and medium sized penises are better at stimulating the G-spot.

By anterior and posterior what i mean is the actual placement physically of the vagina. Is it more forward or is it more beneath the legs and closer to the butt. The positioning of the vagina does make certain positions (sexwise) more or less desirable
