Just to confirm with you PE wizards, is it necessary to actually NUT after edging for 40 min? Or can I still get the body to get used to not busting so fast if I dont cum ?

I'm thinking I have to finish for the adaptation to occur?

Edging is the best way to improve erection quality and 40 minute sessions are great. Too much ���� will kill eq so be careful. There is no reason you need to cum with edging so it should not effect pumping
 
Thx for your reply. I tried it after yesterdays 5x5x3 and it was great. I used the jelq lotion that came with the unit and some lube when it ran out. I did notice some swelling and water retention at the base of my shaft, but that was likely due to my cock ring in addition to the pumping. No bruising, though, luckily.

I found it somewhat difficult to stay hard for the full 40 min, but changing blood in the cock seemed to help. This will probably improve too.

Today I'm hanging fuller and is horny AF.
