The wrap is mainly for flaccid hang. If you have the freedom to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] all day then do so or include both with stretches and massaging in between to get it all. Yeah for sure it will help. It's helping me as I'm using this method as well. Been using it for a little over a month and stopped for four days to check my measurements and it does hang longer. Couldn't measure though, no ruler. But use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as much as you can because you get the best of both worlds. No don't cut the wrap. You'll use the whole to wrap with. I use the 2 inch for my size. I only started on the weekends, then weekdays off and on then everyday atleast 8 to 10 hrs total. I only held it for 30 mins or so due to coldness and numbness. Now after I've finally mastered the wrap and gotten used to it, I'm able to keep it on for 1 1/2 to 3 hrs at a time. I also stretch and massage in between rewraps to help with elongating and feeling. Like everything else, you have to learn and become accustomed to it, then it's easy.

Ok I did as you said and my unit is wrapped up tighter than a kitten. The extra heat is nice for cold winter nights and makes for a decent size bulge in the pants to impress the ladies with lol. I only have a 3" and 4" wrap so i might experiment with the 4" and fold it in half to make it 2" wide. I don't have much of a flaccid to work with so I'm wondering if it would be easier to wrap when erect and let it settle when it deflates Hydromaxm...

For me, my job stops me because of all the movements I do and I hate anything tight fitting my body except my penis. If you learn to wrap thoroughly, you'll still be able to pee while it's on like I do.

Bryson, use whatever wrap is closer to your FSL so you don't have to wiggle it around so much. Less work for better gains. Don't fold it because it will be twice as thick and might bother you or your skin because you'd have to wrap tighter to keep it stretched.

They don't know what you'll use it for. Check by bandages. If you can open it, feel for the softer one. I have two cheap dollar store wraps and they're so soft. I am an athletic person, I workout everyday if not multiple times a day, and one of the things I have always hated is that during exercise the blow flow goes to other parts of my body that need it and not my penis so I get that "sport shrinkage." Hey scypher, do you work out at home or no? If you do then you can hand while you workout. Hahaha I just finished doing that with my lengHydromaxaster. It felt so good to do that after so long. I put the bar at a certain height and attach the strap around the bar and lean back while doing bi' or tri's. Also, I hang straight down while while resting. Give it all a try, it felt so good inbetween sets that I'm gonna do it each time I work out.

I have been doing p90x for 2 months now and I do it at my house. No it's not necessary to use the whole wrap. Yes you will have a bigger bulge in your trousers but I only wrap once up and once down. Anymore is just a waste of time in my opinion.

Yes, I buy a new wrap every 2 weeks. They lose their stretch after a while. They're cheap anyway.

I'm having difficulty figuring out how tight this is supposed to be wrapped. Either it's not tight enough and it won't stay stretched, or it is does stay stretched and the glans slowly turns purple and gets colder. I can only do it for up to 15 minutes and I know it's possible to do it for up to an hour. How am I supposed to avoid constriction the blood flow?

I don't think glans turning purple is a bad thing when stretching. It could be possible you have it too tight, just play around with different tensions of wrapping. To keep your penis in the stretched position you need to wrap tight underneath the head (glans) so that the mushroom (head) of your penis overhangs the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] so it cannot shrink, this is how you penis stays in an elongated state.

Try starting the wrap right under your head and wrap twice but not tight. Keep it loose for the first wrap, all the way to the bottom and makke it a little tighter on the way back up and so on. I wrap loose for the first one and tighten gradually. I'm starting to get up to 6 hours straight already with no re-tightening. It just takes practice like everything else. Don't lose hope, you'll get used to it alright. Keep trying and good luck.

Wait for it to subside unless it hurts then unwrap, wait for it to subside, then rewrap. It's pretty normal for me to get decently arroused when wrapping but it helps because then the wrap stretches the length of my erect size and holds my flaccid state that long.

Yes, just wait. It's weird. You would think it squeezes the blood out since it's wrapped but If I wrap while semi-erect, it stays plump for a good while. Just gotta re-wrap after a while since the skin moves and hurts like pinching. Still, always pay attention, if it feels weird, unwrap, massage and re-wrap.

Stretch the penis out as far as possible and strap around it to hold the position in the most extended position. Just like a mummy
