when i stop doing my routine i lose very little if any..but the veins do go away it doesn't look as "healthy" or as i like to look at it mean >:( as when i'm jelqing consistently...i know some people say when they stop they lose a considerable amount if not cemented which never been the case with me so i guess i cemented them

that is exactly how it is with me...i don't like to measure because in the beginning i would lose motivation especially when i would see other guys talking about newbie gains which didn't really happen for me...mine were kind of slow and steady...so i don't measure for a while and when i finally do...i got another 1/4" or 1/2" inch and i'm like yeah!!rofl

yes i do...i sometimes get ahead of myself and say if i pe for a year straight...i will get to my final goal with no problem...but we all know how hard it is to stay consistent for a year straight...even with it posted on my door to stay consistent with pe it gets difficult...so now i take it week by week...month by month...some weeks are better than others and some months too...but i try not to look too far down the road and think as long as i'm doing something i am setting myself up to gain.
 
This is a great post for the newbies, Twins! They need to hear that it is the people who work at it over time--in many cases, a long time--and who make those small incremental gains, that make the most progress in the long run. Those are the gains that remain cemented, I'm convinced, the longer I keep at it.
 
it's just been a while since i posted any routine info in here...i plan on getting back to documenting my routine on week by week basis..hopefully it will help to stay focus.
 
hey twins, i just glanced through your logs and they are very intense! i tip my hat off to you man....you have a great drive and determination when you do your Penis Enlargement works out. i really hope you achieve your goal and more, cause you deserve it.
 
thanks Siegal...it's been a long time since i journalized my routine, so i figured i will start writing everything down on a day to day basis and post at the end of the week..like i stated before keeping a journal is a good way to keep you motivated...i don't measure often at all...maybe every few months if that..i don't like getting caught up on the ruler..that's where i start to fade when i don't see the results i want so for me...doing a routine for a few months then maybe taking out the measurer is the best way for me...right now i'm doing the newbie stretch routine at all angles and i just recently started blue whale's "mandingo stretch" to see what that is about...also started trying to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] again for a few hours a day...still doing all length session during the day and all girth is at night..i've been back at it for a few weeks but this iswhat i've done starting from this past week

In your opinion would attaching pad locks to your dick work as an extention method? I can wear a big master lock and a small master lock attached to it for about 8 hours comfortably. estimated weight 1-2 lbs.

I started doing these head squashes and squash jelks and got immediate results on girth. I think I gained maybe 1/16 to 1/8 It was very visible on the mid shaft. It was like I was literally sculpting the shaft into a new shape.

I am thinking of calling Penis Enlargement PS for penis sculpting because it really does get altered as you go.

i haven't been as consistent as i want...not wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as many hrs a day i want and doing manual stretches as much as i want..but i am doing something which counts...i don't measure often so i just go by the look..new veins..how much further i can stretch in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] like that...i probably won't measure for a couple months

i am focusing more on length but want both...length i'm going for 6 days a week..but as for girth..i'm doing 4 days a week...so i want to make sure my girth routine is solid...i got to look up the squash jelqs and head squashes to see what you are talking about...well good luck to you

Since mine is just weight i have been donig weighted kegels with it on as well which is really contributing to stronger erections and better girth work.

I have hit 9.5" measuring from all angles and directions. This is BPenis EnlargementL. MY NBPenis EnlargementL is 8.75" If I edge a tiny bit upon awakening, I hit 10.50". This is all done manually. like i stated in the last post..last few weeks as been lackluster at best..no real consistency at all..been going through a lot that haven't made me want to go hard..been going through some things with the ex..which i'm hoping we can get over and move on from to see if we can get back together..she is a very good woman..the best i've had actually but we both have been dealing with tough situations and instead of coming together, we kind of drifted apart and trying to handle things.

still just working part-time and now the bills are really kicking my ass..it seem like everything is past due, son's bday is coming up and i have to do something for him but just don't know how i'm gonna pull it all together..and on top of everything one of my friends was just sentenced to over 20 yrs in jail..which hurts me deeply...so you see..pe haven't been a priority of mine lately..but i'm glad to say that i didn't stop all together and i'm gonna continue to try to keep my mind focused on it..anyway the last week went like this:
