when i stop doing my routine i lose very little if any..but the veins do go away it doesn't look as "healthy" or as i like to look at it mean as when i'm jelqing consistently...i know some people say when they stop they lose a considerable amount if not cemented which never been the case with me so i guess i cemented them
that is exactly how it is with me...i don't like to measure because in the beginning i would lose motivation especially when i would see other guys talking about newbie gains which didn't really happen for me...mine were kind of slow and steady...so i don't measure for a while and when i finally do...i got another 1/4" or 1/2" inch and i'm like yeah!!rofl
yes i do...i sometimes get ahead of myself and say if i pe for a year straight...i will get to my final goal with no problem...but we all know how hard it is to stay consistent for a year straight...even with it posted on my door to stay consistent with pe it gets difficult...so now i take it week by week...month by month...some weeks are better than others and some months too...but i try not to look too far down the road and think as long as i'm doing something i am setting myself up to gain.
