My routine consists of 6 upper angle stretches; meaning I stretch above horizontal in a middle, right, left direction respectively. After these stretches I move into a bundled stretch at horizontal moving left, middle, and right respectively. Each stretch is held for 30 seconds each, and then I sit with a heating pad post session for about 5 minutes. After this I then have a pumping and clamping girth session later in the evening. This usually consists of 1-2 sets of pumping and clamping consecutively. I pump for 10 minutes and then I clamp for 10 and this is a great girth workout and it doesn't cause erection problems until I hit days 3-4 in a given rotation. Anyway, this is how I've been working things recently and I'll contiue to work this until I don't get anything from it.
