I take advantage of the seven or eight hours I am sleep to do PE and the only time I have to remove the device during the night is if I wake up to use the bathroom. The cost of this device is reflected by its ease of use. Now I must say that there is a slight learning curve to learning how to put on the device but put it on and take it off about 5-10 times and you can do it blind folded. As far as wearing it in public goes, just know it is a bit annoying to take it off and put it back on each time you have to use the bathroom.
