Pretty much. You need to have enough blood in there so there is good compression but basically go as long as you can. Sometimes I will start erect and squash until I am 50%, get erect again and go for more time.

Im doing 200 very strong jelqs everyday and its certainly bigger! I think im gonna jelq for a couple of months, so i get a stronger hand too. Then ill most likely clamp, as girth its my main goal, They say most women dont have a vagina bigger than 7 inches, and they also prefer girth...

My short term goal is to get to 5" EG. I will know from next monday how much closer I am to it as that is my first month measurement.

Today I decided to take out as a rest day due to fatigue. (24th August 2010). Tomorrow my erections should be stronger after a time to heal and recover.

PC routine completed. Today my erections seem to be back to normal, indicating i've recovered from fatigue. So after work (finish at midnight) i'll come home and do my girth workout. Can't afford to miss any more days this week really, as I'm thinking of skipping Sunday's session in order to get an accurate girth measurement on the the next day. Is this wise?

I was unable to do any Penis Enlargement work on this date. In the day I went up town with a few mates to book our holiday in October, however we didn't manage on booking one and so we had 6 or 7 pints instead :) When I got home I foolishly ripped 4 bongs, making me feel ubbbber ill and throwing up. Last time I did that I said I wouldn't mix the too again, silly me.
So in the end I just had to go to sleep (was about 9pm) and didn't wake up until 12.30pm today. Will be doing today's session however (28th). I think it's ok to have a slip here and there, call it a rest day :)

PC routine completed. This session was intense as fuck, I think it might be because I did it straight after my girth work. My PC muscle was caned, barely got 30 seconds on the minute hold. But I'm guessing working to failure is a good thing, it will regrow stronger :)

Will do Testicle Health Massage (THydromax) after work.

Forgot to add that I used an elastic band for my girth work to wrap around my balls. This greatly helped in reducing the dull pain I sometimes feel when pumping, and made it much easier to Jelq without bringing up my Turkey Neck. Good stuff today!

continued from yesterday (28th August).

I did my extra PC workout, however I just did the 100 quick squeezes and the 1 minute squeeze and hold. Testicle Health Massage also completed. I do this without lube, I find I can do it just as well without. When it gets to the scrotum stretching I get a better grip without lube so I'm just going to continue doing it without it.


Today 29th August 2010, is the day before my first month measurements. I'm still torn on whether to do a workout today or not, as I feel if I don't do one then tomorrow's measurements will be more representative of actual gain, as opposed to the post workout pump you get from a good girth workout.
But on the other hand I feel like I'm missing out on a workout, and that extra pump will make me feel even better tomorrow when I measure. So I'm now going to do my PC muscle routine and THydromax before work, and hopefully I will have a reply on this question by the time I get back from work tonight (in 9 hours time).

If I haven't got a response then I'm probably going to do the workout anyway :P CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!
 
Mate, it is better to measure with one day off Penis Enlargement. This way there will be not even a trace of temporary lenght/girth gains when you measure it, and the measurement will be extremely accurate.

So I decided to measure after I woke up in the morning and I have actually gained!

I've gained 1/8"(0.125") in erect girth and 0.5" in BP erect length! I think when I measured last night I must have been quite fatigued after work etc and so didn't get a true measurement. I'm really glad as I was quite disappointed last night, but now I can see my girth reaches 4.625" :) An improvement and a step in the right direction!
I'm really happy about the BPenis EnlargementL gain of half an inch!. That is basically from doing ZERO length work at all. I did the newbie stretches the first week and a half or so into my workouts, but after that I haven't done anything! If I can gain length this easy, it won't take too long to reach 8.5 - 9" BPenis EnlargementL when I actually add length work to my routines!

So I have about another month until I go on holiday. Let's see if I can get even more girth gains in that period, another 1/8" would be fine by me! I'm at work again tonight until 10.30, so I shall be doing my routine when I get home.

I think for tonight's session I am going to incorporate some Hardcore stretching into my routine. I've been reading a bit on them, and am going to start out with 2 minutes of stretches in each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] set. This will total 6 minutes hardcore stretches, whilst not adding any more time onto my current routine.

As I've said before, I'm concentrating on girth until I reach my milestone, however if I can incorporate a bit of stretching in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] then that is even better!
 
Ease into them but you will feel the potential after the first session.

Girth routine completed. I definitely noticed I suffered a bit from fatigue in this session, however still got very good expansion from the exercises. Because of this fatigue, I just did the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s within a 5 minute set, as opposed to the 7 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] reps. As I say, still good expansion so that can't be bad. I did [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s in the final set as opposed to 10 minutes of Jelqing. This was also because of the fatigue, I felt [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s were an easier bet.

I tried the Hardcore stretches but definitely don't think I'm ready for them just yet. The first one that I tried was extremely uncomfortable and was enough of a sign to tell me not to try them yet.

I also decided to measure my post workout girth, just to see what kind of expansion I might be getting. Well the tape measure showed me at 5" EG! Not too shabby at all, seeing as I was fatigued and didn't do as intensely on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s!

Hitting 180+ more and more in the tube, growth is happening :D

Girth routine completed. Today I decided to throw my penis a curve ball and did a completely different routine. This was just a one off as I still felt quite fatigued from previous sessions. It would be great to get anywhere near half an inch length increase again, however I feel that might have been recovering my old gains, from past Penis Enlargement training. This was my rest day and so I did not do any Penis Enlargement at all. I think this was a good idea as I was feeling fatigue and needed a break.


6th September 2010
Girth routine completed. It was a very intense session today with lots of visual expansion. This time they took half the time to do as the last time I did them, so that is a bonus!

You deserve a break! A good thing to do when you are on a day off and your are experiencing fatigue is to do some deep penile massage. Take a bit of oil or vaseline and massage it deep into the tissue while you are flaccid. Do like 5-10 minutes, it feels great and it will speed recovery. You could also warm up the oil a bit:)
 
Thanks DLD, it's nice to get that encouragement every now and then. I can easily say I am in this for the long haul now. I've now been doing Penis Enlargement for the longest period of time in my career and can see NO reason to stop now. I think getting past that first month was the clincher, seeing those gains makes you NEED to keep working. Maybe so many men who fall before the first month could still be Penis Enlargement'ing now if they only would have got that first milestone?

I don't want to get in the mindset that rest days are bad, otherwise I might be risking injury. This is why it's good to hear you say I deserved the rest day, reaffirms that I needed it!

I've also changed my view on weed and Penis Enlargement. I've been high for the past week or so Penis Enlargement sessions and can now say that it helps my workouts! I don't put them off any more when high, and can focus a lot more when doing them. More intense workouts, more gains (hopefully!)
 
All I tell guys is not to quit before the miracle happens. If you make it to your first gain you are more likely to stay in the game. I am happy you have reached that milestone.

I will have to resist the urge of taking today (9th September 2010) off as a rest day as I have work again until midnight. I'm just going to have to do my routine as soon as I get home (well.. after a few bong rips ;))

Will be doing PC exercises all throughout work tonight, I'm only working for 5 1/2hrs anways so...

Flaccid is always bigger than pre Penis Enlargement, I love that side effect :)
