Well I figured I should start I log after reading a what DLD posted on routines. And since im serious about Penis Enlargement, I could definitely use the motivation:
Currently my routine has evolved into this:
AM:
- 10 or 15 minutes of stretches 30 seconds for 3 sets BTC, straight down, out and up
- I always feel kind of raw at the base for a while and some times throughout the day, you know the kind you feel after a long stretching session?
PM:

- I tend to not have the strongest erections which sucks, the only time I can get one is during sex and it's been a long time since the last time I've had sex (long dry spell) and I think thats why I have poor stats right now
- I've been doing Penis Enlargement off and on for about a year with minimal gains
- I've increased my girth from 4.7 - 5" since January but no length gains
