Well I figured I should start I log after reading a what DLD posted on routines. And since im serious about Penis Enlargement, I could definitely use the motivation:

Currently my routine has evolved into this:

AM:
- 10 or 15 minutes of stretches 30 seconds for 3 sets BTC, straight down, out and up
- I always feel kind of raw at the base for a while and some times throughout the day, you know the kind you feel after a long stretching session?

PM:

- I haven't taken measurements in a long time and I have not taken a FSL measurement yet.
- My erection length seem to vary as I was pushing 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL a while back but lately I've been only able to hit 6.25" NBPenis EnlargementL
- I tend to not have the strongest erections which sucks, the only time I can get one is during sex and it's been a long time since the last time I've had sex (long dry spell) and I think thats why I have poor stats right now
- I've been doing Penis Enlargement off and on for about a year with minimal gains
- I've increased my girth from 4.7 - 5" since January but no length gains :(

Yea its one of the older ones, I got it cheap. I can't adjust the tension like the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] one by twisting the rod so it's as is go figure. I'd get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size genetics[/words] one but I can't afford it for now.

had to masturbate tonight, don't always do it maybe a few times a week, best session in a long time had amazing expansion it felt like. Noticed improved length and erection quality during this session, the arousal was just right.

10 minutes of Stretches BTC, out front, up and down 30 sec each for 2 or 3 sets

a little short on time, day off from work and I woke up late and have to go to the dentist real soon.

I've been following DLD's beginner method but breaking it up into morning and evening sessions. Honestly I'm a little frustrated though, I've been Pe'ing off and on for over a year and consistently Penis Enlargement'ign since January and have made no length gains. Honestly I don't care if I can't get to 8x6 but at least 7.5x 5.5 would be nice.

I have been sore daily around the base of my penis from all the stretching so maybe recovery is the issue. That's why I'm going to rest over the weekend and do no stretching or jelqs and just do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] till next week rolls around. For jelqs im starting to take longer to do them 3 - 4 seconds now opposed to 2 seconds and work on just "feeling" the blood move up and kegeling with each jelq.

I'm doing my best to improve erection quality but I can't seem to do anything that works either. My erections throughout the day are weak and have always been except for random nocturnal erections or anytime im coming out of a nap thats when my erections are strong, just wish I could get that rock hard erection when I want it. I have never had a rock hard erection during any masturbation session, only getting up to 6" or 6.25" NBP and this is not very hard so it is very annoying.
 
Maybe it is time to switch to a more intense stretching routine. If you have not seen gains in your current routine for 3 months it is time to step up the intensity or change the routine.

Good session. Im able to get up to 180mm on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every time, waiting for the day that I break this.

So If I read correctly on the boards, measurements are more accurate sitting or laying down then standing up? I felt like measuring some stats yesterday and I measured BPFSL at 7.2" standing up.

Laying down: I measured EL at 6.5'' and BPenis EnlargementL at 7.2" none of these at a fully hard erection of course as it's impossible for me to maintain one, standing up I could not maintain a good enough erection and was able to only measure at 6.25" EL, and 7" BPenis EnlargementL respectively.

Another thing im watching is my flaccid hang and length have remained every day nice and long and thick looking. I'm taking that as a bonus.

Not only that it felt awesome, and shiat it looked massive afterwards, 5.6 girth! I have never seen that before, fucking awesome.

Lol im short but lean and muscular 5'5'' 170 and 10% BF it looked crazy in the mirror lol i love this shit

Its an up and down thing, but in the end if your gaining it is all worth it.

Sorry for not updating, i've been so busy working, school lots of other things and I haven't done much Penis Enlargement other than [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and jelqing 1 - 2 a week. This week I've gotten Penis Enlargement in almost everyday so far but only with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

On a bright note, my erections are good, thickness is still there and length may have gone down a little but the better erection quality and thickness seem to stay there.

I'm still hitting 5.25 - 5.5" girth along the shaft. That's up from 4.7 since I started!

Ok so today offered an interesting observation.

I'm trying to experiment and figure out how to properly use DLD's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters.

Today I did:
- 5 min pumping
- 2 sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s about 2 min each
- 5 min pumping
- 1 set of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] at 3 min
- 20 min pumping

I don't know if im doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] right or not, I'm gripping at the base after trying to get as hard as im able to, push a little blood down with the other hand from the glands and move my hand at the base up about an inch and clamping there while pushing down with the hand on top bringing the two close together like they are being "squashed" together.

Now I probably was overzealos with the last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session of 20 min and i'll explain why but too my amazement....

I retained a lot of water and experienced a mega donut effect: It measured 6" in girth and the rest of the shaft was around 5.8 - 6", it was kind of scary actually because i've never had this much retention and im just waiting for it to go away right now. I probably should have just went no more than 10 min on that last set of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

But hey, maybe i did do them correctly and with later on maybe i will see quick girth gains. If I can indeed do this right then 6" girth is not too far away.... now what to do about length?

The gains lasted a lot longer then using just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and standard jelqing. I finished last night at around midnight and it's nearing mid afternoon today and my penis is still thick as hell, the big ass scary donut is gone along with the water retention and now there is a big complementary donut that seems to fit the size just right. So at least I don't have to worry about the freaky donut, just don't get crazy with the pumping during the blasters.

This morning I did stretches but only 5 minutes worth holding down in a squat stance for a min each.

ok, so I get plenty of girth work and am no doubt making gains in the girth department. I measured length today, it's been a while since I last measured and no gains at all. In fact it seems as though I have regressed in length though I measured standing instead of lying down it was 6.25" EL and BPenis EnlargementL of 7". Maybe I need to really focus my effort on stretching but honestly I've been stretching and have made no gains at all since I started using stretches back in feb. Sucks, I can't do hanging or use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as I don't have time for them and the money for the items and my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] that I do have is not a good one anyways as I can never keep the penis stretched long enough without the loop coming undone and would only be able to use it for a couple hours per night anyways which would not be long enough.

Perhaps I need to hold stretches longer, like a min+ in all directions, I don't know. I do know that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has not added length since I have been using it back from Feb on.

Forgot to add: Despite some hang ups on the length, my flacid stretch length has increased a great deal. I have not measured it but I am able to pull that damn thing well past my belly button which is further than I could before. It adds to a nice hang which is something i've been developing, I seem to be turning into a shower more than a grower yet nothing seems to be improving actual erect length.

I've been checking [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] daily just never post. I've been doing jelqs and stretches daily but still can't get any additional improvement in gains.

I'm up to 400+ jelqs per session now.

My flacid stretch length is almost 8" though if that means anything.

Girth has been stuck at 5.2 and BPenis EnlargementL is at 7.3 while BP seems to hang between 6.25 and 6.5 depending on erection quality.

At this point I just want more girth 5.75 - 6'' and only 7-7.5 length.

not really moving with the results though.
