I gained 1.5 lenght total, lost .5. I attribute about .8 inches to lig stretch.

Gained .7 girth, lost nothing. Started at 6.5 MSEG

Well i haven't been here very much myself but hey...still here haha

The lig stretch is pretty much self-explanatory my friend, everytime we stretch for lenght, the weak links are the ones that suffer the most transformation and stress. As you stretch your unit, you pretty much stretch everything else too, the ligaments get elongated due to constant [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] and the cells that compose it will themselves burst and form new ones as a result. The ligaments get a fair amont of pressure and in time they deform and become longer, exposing more of your inner pennis that lies betwin the pubic bone and the anus. All of that is in fact penis, some people have more of it ( the hidden penis ) some have less. We all have some, it gets stretched and that adds to the total lenght of your penis.

After those gains are exausted, tunica gains keep on going, albeit very slow, but still adds a very tiny bit every time you do your stretching and your jelquing. That is why the jelq also gives you lenght, you stretch the tunica albuginea as you force blood headward.

Aside from the usual starting routine i did for about 4 times with 1 month breaks, i did do the A-stretch, the V-stretch and not much else. I never ever bundle it, or twist it or pump or hang, i find those too close to danger.

I got to a size where i am totally happy with myself, i really don't need more than this but i will keep going until i reach a ridiculous size. lol Just kidding. As it stands now i can't use it all anymore so i'm taking things easy, as a hobby, as a goal, as a healthy mind body connection that makes me feel that i am in control.

How long did it take you to gain the 1.5 inches and did you stretch and Jelq daily?

It took me about 18 months i figure. I have never done the exercises on a consistent basis but always have been very intense with the stretches and determined with the jelqs. I used 30 sec each direction/angle stretch followed by about 15 minutes jelqing, never erect, always semi flaccid.

Always warmed up VERY VERY well and many times used a rice sock ( warmed on the microwave oven ) over my ligs during all stretches.


The inner penis one has is a very person specific ammount, you can try and translate it into numbers but i doubt you will ever be spot on the figure.

It changes dramatically from one guy to the next, just like eye colour or limb lenght.

My technic was always feeling under my scrotum, betwin my anus and my ligs, that is where it "lives".

Remeber, you are NOT trying to tear the thing off, you are trying to stretch it out by constant [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words], cell multiplying force.~

Thanks, Just getting into it and finding my time is limited but doing something every day. More stretching than Jelqing. (Trying to get that worked in the system). What do you attribute being able to have great control. Kegeling?

Also, Did you do three sets of stretching every time?
 
so i guess we can say Penis Enlargement is not permanent. It seems if you stop, over time, you will lose some. It's best to get on a maintenance problem 2-3x a week after your goals to keep your penis in bigger mode
 
CAS8X6, i have never even done keggels, control comes from desensitization, mindset and edging in my case. Keggels i do once a year. if that much.

AfroMan, yes, that is what i believe in, i believe after a certain point you can only loose so much but not all, at least in my case, i lost some, got it back in no time but retained most of it.

Maintenance is for lifetime i think, it also is best that it is so because of maintaining good bloodflow.

Most gains from ligs are permanent, girth is ellusive, you can think you gained, then you measure, you lost...or did you?? People confuse lymph fluid buildup and even plain swelling with real gains and then they let the swelling subside and think they just lost it all, i think in most cases they didn't gain to start with, gaining takes months or years, under that kind of time most is only swealling, time will make it yours but only if you NEVER stop SOME work at least.

I started at 6.5 BPenis EnlargementL x 6.5 MSEG, pretty square right ? lol

That was my natural size, my flacidd was always a good one, back then it was around 5 inches long fully flaccid.

Penis Enlargement changed all of this and within the very first 6 monts i had gone up to 7" EL x 6.8" MSEG if i recall it well. My flaccid went through the roof as it soon became almost 6" long. I keep at it and further gained passing the 7"bpel mark x 7"MSEG. Agin it squared on me haha.

I then deconed for a full year and lost NOTHING, always pulling here and there for piss breaks and such, jelqing it a bit for mere minutes, i think that kept my gains and allowed them to cement pretty well.

I have no clue as to what i measure now cause it's been a while but it is around 8" EL x 7"MSEG, my base is over that in a good way.

As for my routine...i never did anything fancy, only manual stretching, all angles, ignored my lot, pulling really hard each stretch, jelq for about 30 mins at a time, about 4 days a week. I was very inconsistent about it but to this day i still do stretches and jelqs daily for about 10 minutes while showering in hot water to keep things well oiled haha.

Thank you for the compliments bro, i started my girth at 6.5mseg, base was already 7ish to boot. I just gained a bit over .5" and it placed me above the 7" mark. I was bourne lucky i guess but you will gain as much as you insist apon it with consistency, that is key. Do it or loose it, do it and gain it.

Don't be jealous, be inspired brotha, i did the same with bigger than me dudes at the time and that kept me going until i was either bigger or at least in the same leage.

Last phrase got me confused mate, care to elaborate on that? Are you aiming for 10 or 11" lenght?

this might be old but Im asking anyways: why did you lose your 0.5 inch of your gain back then after the 12 months break. Didnt you cement your gains or? you just stopped directly when you reached your goal with no cementing?

Yes. old thread indeed but was made a sticky i guess, maybe i have something to contribute and inspire further.

I lost "the swealling" bro, all those jelqs and stretches were causing some inflamation, as it should, and some fluid retention ( edema ) i later found out that that was the reason for the step back. Like in muscle training, after a period of time where you don't use the muscle, it will "deflate" and loose some of the water inside the cells. Same goes here bro. I then continued on again with the exercises and it just popped all back in no time, like a week maybe, and all was back. Of course the whole reason can be attributed to lack of cementing the latest gains too. Yes, i just stopped to a screeching halt on pourpose so i could see for myself what would happen to it.

No worries, once you have enlarged all the inner structures they will just inflate again when you resume the exercises.
