I lost "the swealling" bro, all those jelqs and stretches were causing some inflamation, as it should, and some fluid retention ( edema ) i later found out that that was the reason for the step back. Like in muscle training, after a period of time where you don't use the muscle, it will "deflate" and loose some of the water inside the cells. Same goes here bro. I then continued on again with the exercises and it just popped all back in no time, like a week maybe, and all was back. Of course the whole reason can be attributed to lack of cementing the latest gains too. Yes, i just stopped to a screeching halt on pourpose so i could see for myself what would happen to it.

Yes, i must agree that you do take a step back when you stop alltogether and are not properly cemented.

I did this on pourpose to see for myself and i did. All came back in no time though.

I even made more progress after de decon break.

Also I wanted to ask what streches u did left.right.up.down or others like behind the cheek streches or ulis or things like that.

20 minutes were always more than enough per day. That will get you good girth.

I just completed day-3 of my journey and am curious as to whether or not I'm stretching hard enough. I mean I'm probably doing hard enough right now because I'm in the first month, but when I'm conditioned for it, I want to up the intensity. Can you describe the sensations of your intense stretching in detail? Our ideas of intense may be very different and I'd like some sort of a mental reference point.

I am experiencing the described lig burns (not painful), but no lig pops. I sort of don't want to pop because it would freak me the fuck out.

By intense i mean...as hard as you can pull without it slipping or hurting or turning blue (black from lack of blood flow and hence...oxygen. )

I am a bodybuilder so i tend to have a hell of a grip but i would advise you to use some kind of fulcrum when you reach a point where you need extra pulling strenght.

As for lig pops, i had maybe 2 of those since i started, they don't happen to everyone, i think some collagen deficiency may be the cause.

I never thought lig pops were associated with lenght gains, i just think they are the weakest link when the pulling gets done too hard. Breaks tiny ligamentous strings from excess stress. They are pretty harmless IMO but can scare you out of your wits LMAO.

Good info, it looks like I'm on the right track. You said it took you 18 months to get to where you are. Do you do your routine everyday or sporadically? Personally, I'm doing sunday-friday with saturday off. Were there problems along the way or periods of inactivity?

I've read people getting 2-inches in under 6-months. Is that kind of progression rare?

No probs whatsoever, only decided to experiment on myself to actually gauge what i might loose. I lost .5 inches in lengh and got it back in a few days.

Rare is an understatement, they are pretty much aliens i think. I got maybe half an inch very quick and then stalled for a month or so and got gaining again after a few mods on the routine. What did i change? you may ask...I did less...that's it. Just like in the muscle buisiness less is MORE. Recovery is key. Peace out bro.

I have another question for you, sort of unable to narrow down an exact answer to this...

When you first started, how many days a week did you Penis Enlargement? I see conflicting views; everyday, 2 days then rest, alternate between Penis Enlargement and rest, etc...

When i started i would do Penis Enlargement exercises everyday except on the weekends, about 6 months into it i started hitting the breaks and would do it 1 on 1 off, i.e, once every other day, never did more than 4 days a week never less than 3.

Gives you repair/rest time enough to hit it again without the turtleing effect setting in. ( due to too much stress and litle to zero recuperation time ).

This makes perfect sense, I had a feeling that 6-on 1-off may have been excessive. During the initial 6-month part, did you have any gains at all or did you start to have them when you incorporated more rest?

The first 6 months were mostly lig gain by stretching a lot. After the first year though i had gained about 1.5 " lenght and .5 " girth. total putting me at 8bpel x 7mseg. Now i haven't measured in a long ass time but might have gone up a litle bit.

I have a question do you think you gained more exercising 5 days a week or did you gain more when u went on 1 on 1 off kind of routine.
 
Mike how long should I jelq 20-30 min or 1 hr what is best. And should I vary the seconds like on some jelqs 2-3 seconds and on others 3-5 seconds maybe.

I always gained more doing LESS, just like bodybuilding really, you need to let it heal, rest and recuperate.

20 min every other day will be more than enough bro, it is consistency that matters, not the minutes really. I mean 2 min would be too litle for the necessary stimulli but 20 is plenty and not overboard.
