New routine which I think couldn't be better for gains:

1. 20 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session (4 x 5 minute sets)
2. directly after that hit the ligs with stretches to all directions and some BTC stretches + Mandingo and V-SES stretch, all Ligstretches gripped at the BASE!
3. Some tunica stretches, all secured at the base
4. Hanging 2-3x 10-15 minute sets, 4.4 lbs straight down. Hanger attached as close to the base as possible!
5. Some manual girth excercises, uli's, horse squeezes and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s of course


I really recommend stretching directly after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session!
Theres no better warmup and combining this with basegrip stretches will make it very easy to work the ligs.
In the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I now easily reach the 190 mark in my FIRST set!
I still dont know what these numbers really indicate, new girth gains or whatever..
But I made it from 170 to 190 in like 2-3 months.
Too bad I have some problems with the foam peeling off a bit, I will have to glue it.
 
Still have some questions about converting FSL to EL.
Is it actually faster to go up to 8 Inch EL if you are 8 Inch FSL already?
So.. Any way to convert FSL gains to EL? Or do I need to have 9 Inch BPFSL to have 8 Inch BPenis EnlargementL?

In these 4 Months im doing Penis Enlargement I gained ~ 0.7 - 1 Inch in FSL.
I dont think I made any real EL gains, I dont know what to believe since I got a good EQ today, but just 7.1 Inch Bonepressed.
About one month ago I measured 7.5 Inch Bonepressed, and my EQ 1-2 Month Ago wasnt better.. maybe even worse.

So.. Any way to convert FSL gains to EL? Or do I need to have 9 Inch BPFSL to have 8 Inch BPenis EnlargementL?

So I took a break from Penis Enlargement for 3-4 days, I didnt even touched it for 3 days.
Did my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session after this break and noticed a big difference!
I reached the 195 easily at the end, and after my third set I was huge like never before after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session.
1 hour later I threw in some manual stretching, but I started slowly because of the break.
This time I didnt hang, but I will do it tomorrow and intensify my stretches.

I measured: With a very good erection I'm 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL.
I think NBPenis EnlargementL I'm like 6.7 - 6.9 Inch.
Before my break I was just 7.1 BPenis EnlargementL and that was bad for my motivation.

So there isn't a big gap between my BPFSL and my BPenis EnlargementL anymore.
I will continue with my recent routine and will measure my BPFSL every 1st of a month.
BPenis EnlargementL maybe every 2nd or 3rd month.

And because I want to increase my NBPenis EnlargementL, I will start to loose some pounds, still don't know how..
 
My recent Routine:

2) short after that manual stretches (Lig stretches all gripped at the base)
3) later 3 x 10/15/20 min Sets of hanging with 4.5 lbs [Time of a Set differs ecause sometimes I will stop earlier when I feel uncomfortable)
4) maybe some manual girth workout hours later

You could also try 2 other exercises that will help increase NBPenis EnlargementL
1. Erect Stretching
2. Expressive Stretching
 
Its just hard for me to go close to the base because of my turkey neck. I already have excess skin and the turkey neck, and If I pull on it It gets even worse.
Some day I will continue doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches. Till then I will continue with gripping as close at the base as possible for ALL lig stretches.
I think I will do this routine @ 5days on 2 days off because It feels better.
 
Long time no update on this thread.. so

I stopped doing Penis Enlargement 2 times, just 2x 1 month breaks, the first because I wanted to wait for a discoloration to disappear, and because I wanted better EQ.
The second time (Whole february no workout and january I wasnt really that motivated.. I did, but not so well.)

As I told in another thread I think I have that Buck's Fascia Problem, so I added a few A- and Fulcrum stretches under heat.
Im only doing lig stretches gripped from the base.
To the left and the right, for 30seconds or more.
Straight out and down just works after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session, otherwise I dont feel the ligs.

Im not using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every day anymore, Im doing manual girth workout right now,
because maybe with a routine change I will gain.

My measurement from today:

NBPenis EnlargementL: 17 - 17,5cm | 6.7 - 6.9 Inch
NBPFSL: 17,5cm | 6.9 Inch
BPFSL: 19,5cm | 7.7 Inch

(Thats something I dont understand... my fatpad is 1" thick but the measurements for NBPFSL and BPFSL have just a 0.8 Inch difference?)
I really have a problem with the FSL measurements.
I'm uncut so when I stretch for the BPFSL measurement I dont know If I get the max stretch because it hurts and this could "activate" the tugback from the buck's fascia.
When I'm stretching with the foreskin over the glans, the skin from my fatpad also goes up... Imagine it like that: I need to push my ruler right in there but at the same time Im pulling the skin up.
It hurts like hell and the BPFSL number is INaccurate.
I had to measure over and over again, but I think 7.7 Inch is the real number, and i didnt warmed up to guarantee the maximal stretch.
I have now a LEGIT 6.7 - 6.9 Inch NBPenis EnlargementL (I used the wrong ruler which is 6.7 Inch max, but my NBPenis EnlargementL is closer to 6.9 Inch
Forget everything I said before, the 6.9 are really legit now.
If I loose 0.5 Inch of my fatpad that would put me in the 7.2 - 7.4 NBPenis EnlargementL range.

My next goal: 8x6 NBP
When I archieved that, and I want it bigger, I want to continue till 9x6.5 NBP.

I think the 8x5.5 isnt a real goal anymore because I think I was almost 5.5 Base girth, but not midshaft girth.
