Hey guys I'm beginning the newbie workout and wanted to start a progress log to stay motivated.

My starting stats are:
6.5 bpel
4.5 eg

My short term goals are 7.5 bpel and 5.5 eg by New years, that may be a lot of girth from what I've read but I'm gonna give my all. I'll update weekly or so.
Heck If I reached a visible 7" and 5" girth I'd be really happy!

I have been messing around doing some light jelqs and stretches here and there but not on a schedule. Just the other day I did some pretty intense stretching that has left my ligs feeling tight but not sore, my dick didn't want to reach full erection last night so I think my ligs need to heal up but they really aren't sore. I also got some red spots that lasted about 2 days and 1 spot that is still visible after close to 3 days. Not worried though, just need rest.

I was wondering what would you guys suggest for a newbie as far as training frequency. Lighter workouts more often, like 5 on 2 off. Or more intense like 1 on 2 off? I think a balance like maybe 2 on 2 off. On the first day I'll go kind of light, then on the second day I'll go more intense and then rest up for 2. I'm excited to start doing this seriously as I'm also starting a new bodybuilding routine, I'm a pretty tall skinny guy and need some weight. :)
 
congrats on getting your routine together....i just started the pe game about two months ago and i am still on phase one....myself i don't plan off days...i go 7days unless something comes up that i can't do my routine...it is said that you can't over stretched so that can be done everyday and the jelqing part i guess depending on the person can be done everyday too....me i go pretty hard at the jelqing and as long as i get a good warmup/warmdown i am fine haven't had any problems yet...you can try different variations until you are comfortable with the schedule...what do you mean by lighter workouts...do you mean less intensity or less rep...you should try to keep the intesity constant...or moving it up slowly...good luck

Cool thanks guys, I'm gonna go ahead and do 5 days on, 2 days off. By lighter workouts I meant less intense, like not stretching like I'm trying to uproot a stubborn weed in my yard and not jelqing like I'm trying to get the last bit of toothpaste out. :)
I just don't want a thrombose vein or any other injuries right off the bat. So I'm gonna listen to my body and condition myself first before I try more intense workouts.

It felt great.

Did the same thing on the 11th but got interupted at 200 jelqs to eat dinner. Ate my dinner fast and returned to do 200 more jelqs and bends and a few ulis again.

The 12th I felt like resting my girth but I did stretching, felt some really good strecthes, especially when stretching downwards. I have been warming up and down with a heat pad and I decided before bed I would do some hot/cold therapy. Dunking your dick in a jug of ice water is fun :) reminds me of swimming on cold days where I used to live in Florida. Hot/cold felt good and if it increases healing or prevents T-veins or other injury then I'll be doing it on a regular basis.

13th My ligs feel nice and loose and not to tight like the day before, I think when my ligs feel kind of tight they need rest, even though I read length is hard to overtrain but I'm a newbie and I know from bodybuilding you definitly need your rest periods.

So today and tommorrow I will rest, probably do some hot/cold wraps and a set of light stretching and some circulation ecouragment like massaging or whatever.

I have already experienced harder erections and more vascularity which I like, before I started kegeling around the first of the year I had no veins at all and always wanted some, so this is cool. I won't measure until sep.12 about a month, I'll keep you posted.
 
good to see you started your routine...i'm going for 3 months on phase 1....i won't measure until the beginning of september....i increased my workout with more stretching and jelqs..we both basically have the same starting stats..i will let you know my progress in september...keep it up
 
Shit guys I've kind of gotten discouraged. I'm experiencing discoloration in places and red spots on my glans that have faded but are still there. They're not very noticable but I've only done 2 workouts and I don't want any bad discoloration. well my cock is tan already, I'm part native american and I tan very dark. I really want the size even if I only made it to 7" nbp x 5", that would be great. After 2 workouts I love the vascular look and I swear it looks bigger and my hardons are great.

I just don't want my girlfriend to notice. She's very supportive of me and I've even discussed the fact I don't think my dick is that big for her (she's black btw) she says it's fine and pleases her. Discoloration happens, especially with wet exercise (any exercise using a lubricant) I had serious discoloration in the first 2 years of my program. During my first two years I did mainly wet exercise. I switched to all dry exercise and my penis color is completely normal again. If you look at my earlier pictures you can compare them with the newer ones and see what I am talking about.
 
Thanks dld, I had read other posts of yours concerning discoloration, it's not a big deal anymore. I have been having some great workouts but not much time to post, I love this site.
 
Well I've been back on track but reading posts in the boo boo and band aids section makes me scared. I don't want any bad bruises, blisters or thrombosed veins. I'll definitly be concious about my training. I already get some shrinkage the next day from jelqing as well as stretching. I just gotta listen to my body and take things slow I guess. This is to make my penis bigger and better, not stress and worry about my dickls health.

Hey Chris don't let that stuff scare you but use it to remain injury free. In all my time doing Penis Enlargement I have experienced pretty much everything, with the exception of thrombosis, and I have gone on to see bigger and better days:) Here is a post I made that discusses preventative measures, give it a read when you get the chance: Avoid Penis Enlargement Injury
 
Thanks dld, I really believe in pe and want the results. I took some new starting measurements and when I got fully engorged I was actually 6.25 nbpel, and 6.75 bpel. I got a fully hard for an hour and just relaxed and didn't worry about my size, then I measured, damn to think this size insecurity just crept on me this past few months. I also did some reverse kegels and they can really bring out the veins and pump some good blood into your dick, they're different than the normal kegel, I'm definitly gonna work on those, both seem like they would help girth. Tonight I'll stretch a little and tommorrow I'll do a full workout. I'm on the right track, cool.

I'm also training my pelvis muscles with kegel and reverse kegels, of course I know not to overtrain like I did one day by doing about 3,500 kegels in one day. :/

I really believe in pe working and I feel that quitting smoking weed and working out hard, both weight training and cardio like I've been doing will really help me reach my goals. By New years I'd like to have gained an inch in length and a 1/2 inch in girth, hopefully more girth.

I also plan on gaining 15 pounds of lean mass which I know I can do, I've weight trained before and gained weight, the key is plenty of high quality protein and complex carbs, and when you train, train to failure and I stress the failure part, that's how I get results. I get results after one workout when I train with my heart into it, plus it gives you such a mental boost.

I'm not gonna worry about measuring for a while, I'm not gonna measure until nov. 1. Later guys.

Was gonna due girth sunday but decided to lightly stretch and get it on monday, which I did. I went up to 400 jelqs and did 6 thirty sec ulis at the end while massaging my shaft and glans for blood flow. The stretching is making me kind of raw though, I've been going pretty tough, I really want that length and have yet to have my ligs sore or hear ligs pop. I think I'll stretch hard one day and if my head is raw I'll stretch lighter for longer duration, kind of like some manual hanging while I watch tv.

Chris5454, Don't worry too much about post stretch soreness or lig pops. Some guys never see these thing but still make great gains. I have never had a lig pop during my entire program (occasional pops when I am extremely erect but nothing during exercise) Trust in the ruler:)
 
I stretched on tuesday kind of lightly for a about 15 minutes. Kind of did a freestyle stretch session, hitting a lot of different angels and rotatins the stretches a lot, felt good. I've begun using this lotion for the rawness, I slather it on at night and in the morning my cock feels nice and soft. :)

Wednesday I did stretches and girth, I did about 250 jelqs or so and about 6 ulis, was kind of strapped for time and wanted to go to bed, but I had a good workout still. Being strapped for time sucks but it is so important to get your Penis Enlargement in no matter what. A day off can easily become permanent. If I am strapped for time I will get a short but intense session in just to keep in practice.

It's funny but as you become more familiar with your penis intensity will get stronger and stronger. In my first few months Penis Enlargement scared me as I thought I was going to hurt myself but as time and experience added up I got to know my penis inside and out and my sessions became very intense.

As far as shrinkage goes, it's normal. Anytime I started a new part of Penis Enlargement that was intense I always had some shrinkage. As a matter of fact right now I am doing some hanging and my flaccid size looks like it did when I was 6 months into Penis Enlargement. Well I feel bad guys, I fell off and got depressed, went back to smoking weed. Not that weed is so bad, it's mainly the depression.
