Crap halfway through April..

Ah well, I just started Penis Enlargementing again (never did so great before..), but i'm still going to giv 'er for the next couple of months. This can be motivation.

L: Solid 6" NBP and thats all I will be focusing on right now. Before when I Penis Enlargement'd I got to 6.5" so fast then just stopped so I'm hoping to not make the same mistake.
 
my routine went to hell, warm weather and all kinds of other stuff been going on havent been able to keep up. Here is what i have switched to for the time being

AM Clamp Session

throughout the day, JAI when time permits or after restroom usage

PM- 20 minute hang session followed by a warm down then a 15 minute clamp session after at least 5 minutes of rest
 
That's o.k. Don't worry about it. We all have periods when other priorities interfere with our routines. So long as you don't lay off entirely and get back to it full blast when you have the time. Good luck with your revised routine.

Bonus for going back to hanging again though is that i get wood if my dick rubs my silk boxers the right way for hours afterwards. Cant tell you why that happens, but all the time when i hang it like an added bonus to look forward to afterwards.
 
6" 9/16 of an inch nbpel.
Any were between 3/16 - 7/16 will be great by the end of may which would get me to 6 3/4 inch - 7inch nbpel
Just concentrating on length and il be mostly hanging to achieve this, i will be throughing in some lazy ass stretches and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] now and then, kinda gone off manual stretching because i dont feel the stretch like i do when i hang, but tips would be great

OK, so I finally jumped back into Penis Enlargement full time last week. I've been doing maintenance routines for several months, but now am trying to achieve some series gains. At the moment Im at 7"BPenis EnlargementL and just under 6" NBP. This means that since the last time I was actively doing Penis Enlargement I have gained .25" in my fat pad, No Good. So Ive been running, lifting, dieting, and Penis Enlargementing to overall improve myself. My goal for the end of May is 3/8" length gain, and whatever girth gains I can get. Im only Jelqing for girth as I dont feel ready for clamping just yet, but after May I think I'll take on a summer-long clamp run.

Basically, My goal is to be 7 3/8" BP and +6.5" NBP, Im looking to burn some of this fat pad right off.
 
well one person has posted all day thursday must be a busy day for some!

well i have done 3 sets of hanging throughout the day, 1st + 2nd set - 6kg/13.2lbs, 3rd set - started with 6kg/13.2lbs for 2-3min and then put another 1kg/2.2lbs on so 7kg/15.4lbs all sets for 20min accept 3rd which was for 13-15min,
mixed in 2 sets of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for around 40-60 minutes at a time never really look at the time just go on how i feel.
done some lazy azz stretches every time i sat here at the PC and thats it for me,
2moz - 2-3 sets of hanging at 6-7kg as above before going work and that will be it, and then rest saturday, and then pick it back up on sunday and try out 8kg/17.6lbs!

"Eniss" you should not move on to the next phase intill you have stoped gaining from the preveous phase, bassically stick with phase 1 up in till you no more gains and then you can move onto the 2nd phase and so on.
next time you are having a piss try to stop pissing mid way through that is what a kegal is, stoping the flow of urine
i know how i have explained it is pretty shit but hope it helps

Thanx Brit. First part of my question has been unsderstood a little bit.After stopping the gaining size I have to pass the other phaze. I Have been practising in phase one until two weeks . I Hope Gaining Size ok.I mean No more gains I think ; Can I Pass the other phase .
And PC Exercise Can You explain.When i Have pissing i am gonna stop and then move on.ıs that all ? In this cd says you will hold the muscle tightened for five seconds and release itfor two seconds do 50 of these ...Can you explain this???And reverse kegel ???
 
you can move onto phase 2 if you have stopped gaining in phase 1.

the kegals yes it is tightening of the muscles near your anus, but what i was trying to explain is that them muscles are the same muscles that you use to stop pissing doing 50 a day for 5 secs a peice will be ok but as weeks go by do more and more!

alright all want some advise off them more vets guys, with my current aim to just gain length would it be advised to still do a light jelqing session every other day as well to help with the blood flow and repair?
i currently just hang 2-3 sets a day with a few lazy ass stretches and very rarely maual stretch but would jelqing help much my gains that bit further?

Jelqing helps your circulation so keep up with it. I just switched over to the DIY PowerJelq and love the thing, i get a wicked workout from it and more consistent with each stroke rather than when i was doing it manually.
 
FEDORA this is incredible results.Super enlargement. But What I Wanna Ask is How old you are. Asking it couse i am 32 years old. I doubt My Penis Enlargement will stop at this age ? Couse I tried some technics like a pomp. It doesnt help me. My Penis size 13 cm.I want to make it at list 18 cm.this is enough for me. I am waiting your real answer.Thank you ...

I started in oct. 2004, then 24 years old, now I am 28. The age should be no problem at all for you when it comes to Penis Enlargement. If you stay dedicated and have a great routine, you can definitly reach your 18cm goal!
What is your current routine, and how long have you been doing Penis Enlargement?
