TEAM JANUARY+FEBRUARY

Here´s the place to discuss and post starting/end pics. Let´s give everything we got until the end of february.
Recommended is to post your goals for this period. Anything goes, wether it is girth, width, length or low hanging bull balls.

The monthly team concept was an original idea by airshy, meant to set short term monthly goals, motivate eachother with feedback and tips, and also include a challenge for the ones who like. Challenges are well known to bring out the best in many males performances.
All in all the main goal is to get extra motivation and focus. Every serious and positive [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] member is welcome to join.
 
Greetings!

My goal for Jan/Feb is 1/4 inch in EL and 1/8 inch in EG.

This would push me to 6 1/4 NPenis EnlargementL & a smidget closer to the 5 EG.

I feel confident in hiting this target

The last time I measured was about a month ago and I was sitting on 6 NPenis EnlargementL x 4.75.. its really time to stretch it out and get some new gains happening to go with the new year...

I'll be following the same program I have been for the last week

Superstting a stretch in any direction for a minute with a compression squeeze with 50 kegels

then repeat 5 times... do some cranks/BTC

Jelqing supersetted with compression squeezes

The pumps I've been geting with this have been the best I've had thus far- and the flaccid hang has been the best since I started - so im to follow the logic that it will for gains.. time will tell.

Oh and I'll be doing at an hour or two of lazy ass stretches during the week - and stretching after I take a pee...

Arginine and tribulus are still in the game - as well as positive thinking and context ownership

I'll post some pictures at months end with progress report.. and I'll drop a line once a week or so to keep myself accountable and keep you guys posted!

Can I ask the other members in this thread - what do you guys recommend for flaccid length gains?

great Benefit... you may be in store for a great month!

Penis Enlargement is so weird. If I have not taken pictures of my progress I would doubt some of my success. Even thought I know i have gained 1.12 inches... I still sometimes cannot comprehend that and doubt it all.

I am ready for a breakthrough and hopefully all the positive energy and drive we generate will add 1/16 to each of our normal gains

Is there some kind of Penis Enlargement god we should be praying to as well? haha.
 
i haven't taken pics of myself in so long and i don't really plan on too anytime soon...i use to have someone help me out with it...although my girl knows i pe...i don't thing i want to ask her for her assistance just yet...i'm getting into the contest cuz i know it would push me to get the maximum out of every work out...i'm looking to gain 1/4 for both length and girth...that would be a cool month and half gain...i've been really going at it for girth...but i have to step up my length routine..good luck to everyone

That would be so awesome if the total gaining the team managed all together this period reached 1 inch.

Let´s say we are 10 members reaching 1/10" each, some in length, some in girth.

Could this be the motivation competion that gives us the extra motivation?

Think, then we are automaticly gonna try to break our team record the next period, and so on, and on...

I am right know at 23 cm.

Goal for jan-feb= 23,7 cm

I can't resist joining. I'm picking up the clamp again, and shooting for a 1/4" girth gain by the end of Feb. Today's starting picture.

hey Fedora, inquiring mind here; do you ever stretch with your foreskin rolled back(grip your glan) to measure?

you'd so be able to stretch that baby to 25cmbpfsl if you did.

That is some great girth picture stillwantmore! What are your clamping routine for the period?

I am at 8 14/16 bpfsl
and 5 10/16 maximum clamped midshaft girth. (no pumping)

I am aiming for 9 1/4 and 5 11/16 feb 1
and 9 3/8 and 5 12/16 march 1

*I always aim high, however any progress is welcome!!! :)

I'll be using a 5 on, 2 off routine. Clamping a combined total of 45-60 minutes daily broken down into 15-20 minute sets. Nothing too crazy while clamped. Just at max erection levels, with occasional squeezing of the glans, and an occasional bend here and there.
 
Hey guys.

I am still quite a newbie, and although I have Penis Enlargement'd with another site for 3 months, I still havent made my first gain yet, so thats my aim! I REALLY need it. I think as I havent yet gained for myself and I have put considerable effort into trying to gain I am still living with what the doctors told me years ago...that Penis Enlargement isnt possible, but I know you guys have gained so that comforts me!

I just hope I can follow in your footsteps! Done my days stretching. tried something abit new today. Insted of the basic dld stretches I decided to make my time more efficient. I often spend 50 mins in the bathroom stretching, but I think I only spend about 21 mins under pressure/tension. I decided to focus primarily on sitting down downward stretches. I held each stretch for 1 min, 45 secs, 30 secs (ie my hands got tired so as long as I cud with each rep but a min of 30 secs), and I would switch between reps/hands very quickly giving my penis little time to be compressed inbetween reps! I did this for just over 40mins then finished off with holding my penis in a less intense stretch for 5 mins! I think it has been effective, currently my penis feels more "floppy" and tired...hard to explain! Anyway I will carry it one for a week or two and see how it goes!

Tha´t sounds promising gymjohn. The penis state feeling yo describe as floppy, is probably the same as me, milliongan and goingfor refer to as the jelly state aka loose state. Add the lazy ass stretches whenever you sit down and how privacy, so easy exercise and you can still do other things while sitting on it!
Think in your mind in the end of each stretching set, that your goal is to pass the length point that you reached the day before. This is not always the reality measure with the ruler, but the mindset will in the end give you progressive results.
 
Welcome aboard GymJohn. With those long stretching segments, you might also try shortening each stretch's time span and top it off with a 5 second "super intense as hard as you can pull" conclusion. That will give your hand a rest and keep your grip for each stretch more intense.

Good idea about the short but more intense goinfor. My hand was in alot of pain by the end of each stretch! I just want to make it so I am under tension for longer each stretch session! If t catches on I am going to call it my "tut" theory lol..time under tension! ie the longer the better! As with lazy ass stretches!

The nubers on a ruler are driving me insane, and making me depressed. I keep looking at those numbers and they are not what I want them to read, and I stop pulling, or try a different stretch cuz I feel that one isnt working and 'i never get anywhere.

So, the solution....

My trusty drumstick.

My goal is to make A GAIN.

Just to clearify my tip a little...
What I was meant was that: focus in your mind to stretch further each day (to a new length record, not longer time periods).
This is something that don´t always happens in reality, and you shouldn´t use a ruler while stretching, because it can mess up our minds sometimes. Just have it in your mindset, to make this progressive stretching to a longer penis every day, this is a good focus that over a long time will give results.
