i can now say i have officially started my routine, as of last night/this morning...
i will do this routine for 4 weeks and then depending on results, change what i do...
my routine is as follows:
in the evening, before bed:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks
then repeat so i do everything 3 times. this is a different take on DLDs routine but changed slightly, so i do the oppisite of every stretch, e.g. oppisite of straight down left is straight up right...
once stretching is done i will do 200 2 second dry jelqs
my warm down will consist of various kegel squeezes...
next day in the morning i will do 200 2 second wet jelqs

forgot to measure girth argggh! think i'ts 5" exactly...
