interesting about the PPP ima try the toothpaste thing for a bit but mine dont stand out as much coz they are smaller.

wonder if there is anymore methods of removal apart from surgery :s lol
 
It seemed that the smokers toothpaste was a fix for everyone who tried, give it a go.

Been a good while since I've posted on here... (seems all of my last posts on here have started with these words!)

...So yeah, since my last post which was nearing the end of 2010, I must admit I haven't done much Penis Enlargement what-so-ever! Basically; none.
However, from November 2011 till now, I have had a fairly regular routine which I have stuck to (I may of had a week off now and then), but, that is almost 7 months now which I have stuck to...

I'm sure my come-and-go attitude which has been displayed here previously will no doubt raise questions to my commitment, but alas, my excuse is life can be a bitch and despite wanting to do things, it may not all ways be possible. I am however fully committed, once again, which is the reason as to why I'm bumping this thread and posting once again!
Infact, I also invested in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at the begining of the year, which I have been using on average 3 times a week, and wow, it's a pretty good thing!


My new routine is as follows, all of this is done during the evening:
Day 1
Whilst having a hot shower, I massage myself and jelq 200 times,
Use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at a low/medium strength for 5-7mins
Massage again & jelq 200 times
Use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at medium/strong strength for 5-7mins
Massage again & jelq 200 times
Use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at strong/higest strenth possible for 5-7mins

----out of shower---
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down: 30-secs
Straight up: 30-secs
Rotary cranks [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words]

Reapeat stretches so I do them a total of 3 times.

---NEXT DAY---
This time I do not use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], as I like to wait a day so the reddots can heal back..
In shower I Jelq 300times and do various other jelqing methods/techniques
Out of shower I then concentrate on stretches, more so than the previous day:


Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Reft: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down: 30-secs
Straight up: 30-secs
Mandingo/Blue whale stretch with left hand for 30secs
Mandingo/Blue whale stretch with lright hand for 30secs
Rotary cranks [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words]

Reapeat stretches so I do them a total of 3 times.

I then spend 15mins jelqing and doing various erect stretches.

The next day I then go back to the "Day 1 routine", following day is the day 2 routine, etc...

----PLEASE NOTE----
Up until now, right this minute: I Have not been doing this EXACT routine! I've not been consistant with my consistancy, however I have been doing things which resemble it.... I've been testing a new stretch (new to me atleast), which is pretty powerful and almost has instant temp gains? Though, I know fully well that doing more advance stuff like that is too premature, as I've yet to gain fully from just basic stretches...

I will put up some measurements later, as I haven't measured myself in years so it will be interesting to see...

Forgot to mention about Kegels!
Before I do any stretches and jelqs, I'll do quick hard 1sec kegels x100 - then after all my routine is done, I do a further quick hard 100 1sec kegels.... Throughout the day I also do random sets of kegels
 
As to all the questions about PPP!

....damn... It's hard to think that I used to suffer really bad with it... Y' know, having it so bad, really effected my life in negative ways... Made me rightly scared to be with girls etc so whilst all my friends were experimenting with sex and the likes - I was not!
Anyway, getting the surgery was probably one of the highlights of my life - despite me not being able to openly share the news with anyone, except annonymously on the internet... I remember the same day leaving the practise, walking through london - I don't think I've ever been so happy!
The Doctor was fantastic and the results are simply amazing! At the time I had it done I was poor, jobless and a student - so the £500 it cost was a huge deal of money for me, and took me about half of a year to save up... But it was probably the best decision I've done and definitely worth it!
If anyone reading this suffers from PPP and feels it is effecting their quality of life - then I can only state that the surgery has worked wonders for me. It was nerve-racking beforehand, as surgery on your penis does sound fairly daunting! But the surgery is really simple, all done with lazer, and the results for me have been great... Don't be scared!
 
Taken some measurements....

So, the day I started Penis Enlargement, my measurement on 23/3/09:
EL: 5 3/8"
BPenis EnlargementL: 5 7/8"
......and I never got a girth measurement?

Now, after doing various excercises, some for decent periods of time, however not fully consistently, I had atleast a good year without doing anything, etc...

My measurement on 20/5/12:
EL: 6.4"
BPenis EnlargementL: 7"
Mid girth: 5.25"

I'm pretty happy all things considering! Atleast I have clearly gained over an inch, despite not being fully committed to routines... Though, now that I am now - it will be interesting to see how much I progress!

....I've decided though, as this place is all about experimenting and comming up with new stretches, methods and routines, that I'd put my new stretch into practise in one months time. I'm going to be dedicated to the routine which I've posted above for this month, as well as doing random various exercises inbetween, and see what is gained... The following month I'll incorporate the exposing stretch thing into my routine, do it for a month and then measure up.... I'm confident that I will get some good gains from it and I'm pretty excited about getting into it!

Man i would love to get my hands on a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and a wine vac. But i have made a half inch girth gain with just my hands in less than two months. Like i said if you start to struggle with girth PM me. Im not on every day but when i do come on i will see the PM. A couple days ago I had an intense day of stretching, jelqing and using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]... I've got an injury now, which I've had before... I think it's a pinched nerve or somthing at the base of my shaft - though it's ok, I've been massaging it and it isn't too painfull at all...
I continued my routine last night and again I got carried away with jelqing & edging! S'all good though, spent about 40mins doing it, and I noticed that at points my penis actually felt like a steel rod! I've never felt it so hard and strong before...

I can however, still jelq and do stretches... So Hopefully I can push the limits with those and do some intense sessions in the comming week...

the only reason why I havent already, is I want to exahust other methods first and get gains, then when they start slowing down - move on to the next thing, i.e the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]...
But, I guess, the SGs main appeal is the fact that you don't have to use it as a full-on work out so to speak, but merely as a decive to keep your penis in a good, mellow stretched state for long amounts of time & see gains from that...

Can still feel the injury... Tempted to draw up a diagram to see if anyone knows what I've actually done?
It slight hurts if I directly touch and apply some pressue to it, or stretch my penis including the skin...
However, if I stretch without stretching my skin, I don't feel it? ...It's not having any effects on my EQ
Still continueing with my routine though I took the day off a couple days ago...
 
So it is more of a constant ache you are experiencing or sharp, shooting pain?
 
It's not a constant ache - it is completely fine, until I either directly apply pressure to the area, or stretch the skin... It's on the base of my shaft, and the "pain area" goes slightly up the shaft as well as inwards towards my fatpad... I can do a quick sketch if it makes it easier?
