Bone pressed flaccid stretch:20.4cm(+0.0 cm) (2.9cm from start)
Bone pressed erect length:17.7 cm(- 0.2 cm)( 1.2cm from start)
Erect girth mid-shaft: 13.0cm (-0.4 cm) (1 cm from start)

So l knew the measurements wouldnt be good, did the workouts way to seldom during april. Still I am pretty happy I didn't lose very much.

If you have gained and can still add more exercise, do so! You have proven the gains are real now simply shift into gaining mode, knowing with each tug, squeeze, stretch and jelq you are growing bigger and bigger.

Yes, very true. I think I can get pretty good gains if I just manage to do the full routine 4-7 days a week. Had a really nice workout today, got a nice pump. Tomorrow I'm gonna meet that girl again and I don't know if I have the guts to do this routine before, its pretty hard to get a full erection the hours after. I think I'll do some jelqs and some pumping.

I try to hit my regular routine as often as possible, if I feel to lazy I have done my best to do atleast some jelqing and pumping. I read about a guy on a Swedish forum, that has a section about sex where he posted results of doing just 10-15 minutes of jelqing per day and he had gained a bit over 1 inch in a year in length. So even if it's not the best results I do believe that it's better then nothing to jelq

And I think it's like ordinary exercise, once you start to warmup it's not that hard to continue the workout. The hard part is to get moving. That way I feel I can trick myself to do the full routine by "promising" my self that I can quit if I want to after 15 minutes of jelqing.

The jelqing I have done seems to work wonders for improving EQ, the girl I have started seeing commented about the hardness of my dick when we slept togheter on tuesday and wednesday.
